I started playing football when i was 9 and i remember being scared of the ball i was never skillful and because of this a lot of people said i was wasting my time but i never let this get to me. Today I'm very confident in my skill and I've gone from a terrible player to a great one , i play for my local team and ive listened to my coach and now I've improved a lot and im going to keep training to get even better. First set up simple goals and when you reach it make it step by step harder
Man you don't know how much this helps me, especially the "If he's a pro and I still suck, I will never make it" It bothered me for so long, just listening to those words gave me the confidence to go back to my academy and I've been on fire ever since, you're a real one brother.
Really needed this, been off the grind due to injuries, beating myself up about not being good enough and seeing everyone else train. Many obstacles out there and now I feel healthier and after watching I must say, the motivation is back ❤⚽️
Don't beat yourself up about the time you lost whilst you were injured. You learnt a lot through this injury and was perfectly natural to feel this way but if same things happens in future you will know how to do it better. The grind of training will build your confidence and then get match time

The last point is so important because people don't realize how tough it is financially to try and be a pro foootballer without connections and/or your just not good enough to play at the very top. You have to be fully invested to take that step. If your not, that's understandable and ok as well.

I was a great goalkeeper, won my team some trophies, but when i became older than 11 I couldnt take the pressure, if i concede, my teammates just are mad and that is just been too much and now i just cant anymore... all these parents rely on me saving 5 penalties like i did at one tournament, all that pressure, atmosphere... everything is stressful

@@abrahamlunchtime5421 not everywhere and not in every league. For example in my country's second league they pay a month, however there are contract options for weekly. But him wanting to earn 30000 k a week is a lot. My goal would be 3-4 k a week.

Realistic goals are also important, if one wants to play for top clubs, the first clubs they should work harder to attract are the ones in the lower divisions of the top clubs they aspire to play for. Example, I want to end up at Arsenal but Portsmouth, Leeds, Wigan Athletic would still be preferable as long as I enjoy playing

Some of the best players today that earn millions never started off in big leagues. Some weren’t even naturally gifted or “wonderkids.” All they had was passion, which drove them into playing for the big leagues! Keep it up everyone
