Dude, there's a ton of companies looking for drivers. And with that line up you'd make more using your hazmat but you take the job you want. Some companies won't hire without experience but that's probably the insurance company telling them not to. But there's plenty of jobs offering paid CDL training so you're way ahead there, plus you wouldn't have to sign a contract to work off the cost of getting your CDL.
