There has to be a way in legal cases like this that phone records can be obtained from network providers? If not there really should.

Thankfully once something has been sent or photos taken or calls made can never really be deleted you can buy recovery software and retrieve everything.
Yes I agree I think the phone wiping is also a massive red flag I mean surely ther is only 1 reason a phone is wiped !! Also the ayub guy I’m sure I read somewhere he works at one of the ‘weed’ cafes in las americas not sure If that is factual or not but would explain why he might be hanging round the area at the festival without actually being in it

I think given half the chance Brad would come forward I feel out of everyone he appears to be really struggling with everything what has happened but I am sure that it's way to big and dangerous for him to do anything about it I feel that he is going to really really struggle to get on and pretend everything is OK bless him 😢
I am inclined to want to agree with your theory that they can't come forward to clear up things. Maybe the original theory of 'rugs {add a' D} is correct. Therefore the GFM to pay off the 'debt'. And the youngens & their families lives are possibly being threatened if anyone speaks out. Possibly even extending to Jay's family. These gangsters didn't anticipate this case going so viral with so much attention. In their (the offenders) minds - possibly - they thought it would be asumed/believed to be just another party tourist gone missing on the island case. The news would soon die out and they get away with 'murker'. Just a theory based on taking in all publicly available information into account. Everyone involveds history including the victims {by no means victim shaming} , the circumstances, the events leading upto and after the day of Jay going missing, the seemingly dumb decision to WALK - in the wrong direction at that, in the sun/heat veering OFF of the road where he most likely could have gotten a lift with passers-by vehicles. Does not make sense. Just doesn't make sense.
I think that the things on the beach and Lucy saying "aww jay aww jay" is reall I think he went on the boat and the others took his phone with them jay said phone my mum they all hired and went to masca b&b and they were putting the few brain cells together to make a plan etc but they didn't go over it properly they were doing bit as they were thinking it all up

I've worked in tourism (not in Tenerife). I'm fascinated that it seems the power of the cartel over the authorities is the fear of the impact on the island's travel sector economy. Literally crims holding government to ransom over tourism to get away with murder. Shocking. From a destination management standpoint, I can't see any way back. How do you rid a place of cartels? Has anywhere ever done it?

I use to DJ in Playa las Americas every November. It was plain and clear to see the areas of Los Christianos, Costa Adeje and PlA were awash with drugs and dodgy gangster types. Will never go back there now I have given up DJing

The red flags for me is that his family and so called friends don't seem to push for answers even with the text sent to his mum about him being held, what right minded parent would accept an accident
I suspect they do but it's all behind the scenes. Any decent authorities wouldn't want to give the game away to the crims. They'll just swoop at the right time with the right evidence. They won't want family saying anything which could jeopardise. Hence family saying they've had enough. And fair enough too, let the pros deal with it.

All adults with past including Airbnb owners .Hide outs around place and tunnel to ravine. No chance for young lad. Connections, criminals, friends, drugs and 19teen year old. No chance. 😓

Most cops would never believe the story of we wanted to carry on partying.. and all the waffle with it. In fact they would see it as a red flag and dig more. Clearing both Ayub and rocky in Spain was a bad move, and for them to come back to UK and still be safe from questioning beats me it really does.
It is possible a second UK request can call in suspects.

The British police can't do anything on their own because the death occurred outside the UK. Only the Spanish police can investigate so don't hold your breath.
Just watched a vid in which Chris P confirmed the “inaccessible” ravine in which jay was found at the bottom , was indeed accessible from the beach side.. so why has the possibility of him being dumped there been dismissed ?
It's all about drugs. He went to Airbnb to meet people higher up the food chain. These people stay away from the clubs. He had F_up.(Just my theory)
One thing that bothers me is the phone and the1% charge. How can Jay have spoken to both Brad and Lucy and even sent a video to Brad on 1% charge? No idea.
When I very first heard about this strange case on the news; my immediate thought were, exactly wat you said Harsh; Why would you go back all that distance with two much older men to a remote village if you wanted to carry on partying? and that was before anyone knew that it was with to black men, both with criminal pasts! They said at the very beginning, that Jay had left the NRG final night of the 3 day rave, when it closed; he then drifted into a bar/nightclub next door, on the strip; this is where it was presumed that he met up with Ayub and "Rocky"; but although Lucy Law has said that she went home early, as she was tired; where were Brandon and Brad at that stage?
Yeah, a lot of unanswered questions and why was Jay alone with this pair

I tried to take a photo of myself, with phone in my dominat hand and cigarette in the other, DARN, it is pretty hard to do. Try and do it yourself. Pretty darn hard to get that kind of a photo.

It's nonsense. It's a hot island & known there for hiking. Hikers would start out early to avoid the heat of the afternoon. In June, there would be loads about. Surprised there's not been a call to ask for anyone who did hike there that morning? Another red flag for the authorities.

Weird how Auyb was concerned about jay being on his own 8 minute away from his accommodations and then not giving it a second thought when jay had a 11 hour plus walk and just going back to bed and falling asleep until Lucy rang and woke him up or so he said.

The reasoning behind Ayub taking him to his yard was cus Jay apparently didnt have his key and his friends left him, surely the thing to do was take Jay to the accomadation he was sharing with Lucy (10 minute walk away, or couple minute drive from NRG) and kick the fuck out of the door and wake her up? Ayub already knew the group he admitted it on his live, its all weird as fuck even the way Lucy describes Jay leaving the rave with "2 people he met that night" on the gofundme, even though Ayub said she rang him to say he was in a ditch. Why would she have Ayubs number if they werent familiar? Its almost comedic that they have gotten away with whatever this is, its seriously concerning the internet and content creators have done more to investigate this! Keep going Harsh💙

There has been a picture of Lucy with Ayub on his boat drinking. She is one of the main people in this case. She was the one that got Jay over there. She was going out with the lad that got attacked by a gang that Jay was in, Jay was there at the attack. Lucy has admitted she is in with the druggies. She is only just out of school never worked where does she get her money from to keep going to different country's for these night clubs. It's all drug money. How is she getting away with it. Her parents don't even live in England anymore. They buggered off & left her here knowing she is a BAD APPLE. Jay is dead because of her. Why hasn't she been arrested & all the others for Jay's murder. They are all back here in England selling there drugs. Our police are no better than the bloody Spanish

There's a huge gap of missing info from videos of Jay in the club & potentially leaving, potentially cctv on the beach. Where & when did Jay get in his car?
Was Ayub's rental car ever checked by forensics?
Why - did he say he booked that AirBnB? - In another name? Why book so late? For a;property just put live on the system? Where was he staying before? When did Rocky join?
Did Jay consume drugs in his presence?
Why does he think it's acceptable to taunt about Jay's death on social media lives?
What do Ayub's prison psychological assessments say?
Thanks for keeping on! Too many people trying to hush it. But it's an open inquest with lots of questions to answer. The public smell it's wrong & won't rest until there's prosecutions I'm sure.
Vicklou also if ayub was questioned the least he would get away with admitting in the circumstances would be that he shared or sold jay drugs etc as that would be the only thing that could make sense and clear him anything else would obviously be a lie and be pretending he was a tourist etc or a bird watcher /naturalist So how come a childish story that ayub gave satisfied the police also why was ayub/rocky Lucy/Brad not drug tested so we can gather evidence of what was more likely going on...seems like there has not been a real investigation or this evidence would already have leaked The main persons of interest have not been satisfactory questioned and tested for what substances they were using so we can see what level and business they were messed up in..are we to believe Rocky and stub have not made a statement to explain exactly what drugs they had consumed on the night in question and if they didn't come out with a credible story as would be obvious that at least Rocky is a druggie and ayub at leat a recreational user then they would have to be questioned more or bailed...can you imagine atub/Rocky saying yeh we in the mountains of Tenerife for some bird watching or on the naturalist trail Yeh wouldn't wash well what did they say as would be impossible to deny any drug using party scene Tenerife So what did they say...informers probably..and if they did admit to a bit of drug use as would be the only thing that would sound honest and to be let go as sounds right then they would need more questioning if a dead body turns up after the said drug taking together with the dead person previously They have to be being protected

Informers If you were a normal drug dealing criminal working without police help then you would go no where near ayub/rocky /Lucy as how did they get away with this with so much suspicion and childish stories and dodgy behavour and actions Renting air b&b late at night for few hours in middle of nowhere with a teenage boy who goes missing shortly afterwards and turns up dead...what and your not arrested /bailed Questioned further..no criminal would believe this And would believe that they are payed informers so what we should be getting the opinion of is average criminals and drug dealers if this is all normal or bizarre And how ayub/rocky Lucy are not arrested /bailed highly suspected of suspicious behavour Ask any drug dealer if this is normal No way

Was isolated, had tunnel and back rooms, '.. dodgy owners..', near trail, ' dump ravine', nobody around, good place for crime maybe, cctv taken down for some reason, .... 🤔
@@annabrowne3212totes. The ravine tunnels allegedly linking up to the AirBnB fascinate me. To a beach pretty much only otherwise accessible by sea. If only it were so innocent as the Famous Five (Ayub, Rocky, Lucy, Brandon, Brad?!). What a find for any sort of smuggler: Narcotics. People. Bodies. Organs...and the police didn't even search...

This case has so many questions unanswered, lots of circumstance evidence, and lack of detail investigation.
One needs to hone their spidy sense! We’ve all got it. I’m sure it’s saved me on occasion or two. I saw a program where parents were in the woods with their 4 kids. Playing games that actually trained them to heed your intuition (spidy sense), ways to hide & an add & escape if you’re in danger. Pretty cool. The youngest girl was just 7.

Its clear from Ayub's videos he has not changed his way. I do get a certain vibe off Ayub that his double life might not just include dealing but in another pursuit he may like to partake in but would for some reason like to stay hidden. I wonder if Jays idea of going back to Ayub's to party and Ayub's idea of "party" were different.
Red flag is the guardia civil finding jay so soon before the team hired by jay's family were due to search.

This week by mistake I found myself watching BBC3 programme on Drug Dealers, Security guards at 3 Festivals here in the U.K. 1 in Dorset, The Creamfields in Cheshire & another I forget- it was an undercover female reporter who had infiltrated them & it also had links with Tenerife, London, Paris & Malta- if you have "catch up" etc it is worht watching as guess who appears?

I really don't understand why everyone is still even talking about jay slater when even his own family don't give a crap about what happened to jay! I sorry but Debbie was much happier with the money rolling in more than ever trying to get to the bottom of why her son is dead i mean she has not ordered her own DNA test to see if she even brought her son home to the uk. If it was my son i would never have been so quiet and buy everything told by Spanish police i would have turned that island upside down. But i don't see why we should be talking about it when Debbie is happy with her go fund me and happily spending away the money and lying about paying searchers and paying to take him home and a funeral when all of them thing's have been donated and not paid for out of the go fund me debbie is now buying her council house so well done everyone who donated to find jay you have now paid for a council house and new car for Debbie. Imo Rocky was never there, just being used to cover for the real mysterious 2nd person (the punisher) Them young people all but Lucy ,all had bruises from being punished. But they took Jay because of the lost bag.
@ Harsh what also doesn’t ring true for me, is his accommodation was 10 mins away , even if he’d lost his key , normally there’s staff on reception who will let you into your room when you’ve lost it!

Another red flag that hasn't been mentioned in a while: if Lucy was my daughter, and propke were saying all that they are about her, assuming she is innocent, I'd be out there defending her. How old is she? Only 18, I think, but I may have that wrong. Nevertheless, I find it really, really suspicious that nobody has been out there defending her. Surely we can only conclude that she's not innocent? Very weird. One of the 101 weird things about this.
It has been stated that Lucy's father was a big substance dealer and Lucy started working in the same arena at 16.

I've always thought that too. I'd have been paying a solicitor to help me put out a statement refuting the accusations, which have been absolutely awful. I don't think I could just ignore all of that if there wasn't any truth in it.

On that journey there was an apparent picture taken of Jay in the car, we were told he was in the back of the car whilst the other two were in the front however in that picture he was clearly sat in the front seat.

Hi Everyone, there is no proof that Jay, was ever in the ravine. Taking the ground with him, allegedly, is disturbing a scene. They would need to determine on the ground how he fell, not just the injuries sustained if there was a fall at all, That should’ve been left intact and forensics down there, measuring marking etc. you surely don’t just go down there take ground, and body with nearby possessions, indicating he wasn’t dressed? The guard civil, CP, and tourists all accessed location from the beach, all 3 have confirmed that, by media. The day before Netherlands search team arrived. So there was absolutely nothing to find even if there was in the first place. Now they charge to see the site, I heard €28 I think shrining a horror scene if he was in fact there, whatever happened, wasn’t planned as the stories have varied so much it has as many holes as a tea strainer. I’m sure under circumstances there would be other charities, possibly travel insurance too, that would cover costs like that. If the mum or dad or both didn’t work they would get help from UK Govt??? Nobody said what parents did for living, not that it’s relevant . I think with public contributions, gofundme needs to do their Due Diligence and ensure it was spent appropriately. Or crowd funding will get tarnished. If one for the charity LBT is underway, that’s what should be being pushed Or Jays one should be transferred as LBT being beneficiaries not just a verbal pledge. That’s not legally binding. The GoFundMe should be closed if remains in name they need to provide receipts. Or people will continue to get angry. That money shouldn’t have been used for such a lavish funeral, regardless of how he passed. Millionaires don’t have all that at theirs. IMO. Or other deceased youths, padding away abroad. Did the media pay fees to cover the funeral?? I just think regardless of his activities and criminal past he was still a baby and nobody deserves that, nor did TH. I think there was no deep connection between Ajub and Jay, Jay was just a friend of Lucy, and how can he know him if Jay was only arrived there shortly? Lucy asked Ajub to give Jay a lift and hide him, in front of the trouble occured at the club. I remember Brad saying: "He was a tall guy and know how to defend himself."
