Sorry but the fact that she was depressed from her MS & wanting to kill herself, she wouldn't kill the person that kept her alive, stable, & protected.
100% agree. I have M.S. and I've had it for about 11 years now. I don't believe she killed her husband who also was her caretaker. They should look at Wes more.
Absolutely! And her being suicidal in the past, it doesn’t make any sense that she would kill her husband and choose to still remain alive herself. For the record, I don’t believe she would’ve ever killed her husband, but playing devil’s advocate, IF she had, I am certain she would have taken her own life as well and it would have been a murder-suicide. I don’t believe she killed him regardless, but she definitely wouldn’t have kept herself alive had she been the one pulling the trigger. The sheer fact that she was still alive proves she didn’t do this in my opinion.
Unfortunately the comment section is full of people who have not done further research outside of kendall's video that lacks important details. I recommend watching Dr. Grande's video before forming an opinion

... It's really suspicious that the gun magically showed back up after they had already searched the car. Personally, the son sounds extremely sketchy and they should have looked harder at him.
And he knew exactly where was the gun, and went straight to the police to tell that his mum did it, it sus for me, but if you're nice and cooperative guy you have not motive at all 🙄
Simple. It was Wes. Why? 1. He went to the police to accuse her of doing this. 2. The dogs didn't bark because they knew Wes. 3. His alibi is ridiculous. 4. He told the family the murder weapon had been found. How did he know it was the murder weapon? Maybe because he used it... 5. The gun wasn't there and then it was. My theory on that is this: who would know it was there, if it even was? (which I don't believe it ever was). Wes. I believe he thought he could put the gun back there before the car was searched and that is why the gun wasn't there the first time the car was searched. 6. Am I the only one who thinks Wes seems gleeful when he's being interviewed by the police? Because he seems like he is having the time of his life. And last, Sandra had absolutely NO reason to do this.
I was feeling very confused about this whole case for so many reasons. But, you have so many valid points! #6: duper’s delight. I hadn’t noticed it at first.
ALL of this, and add the 911 call. She sounds legitimately upset, and when they say he's dead, that is the sound I expect of someone getting this news. This would be me, a scream of no and a collapse. Not a smirk while you're telling police your mom did it and you just happen to know where it is? Nice.
That is a very stupid reason to dismiss someone as a suspect. They definitely should revisit the case because he easily could have just deceived them. Obviously he isn’t trying to give himself away, therefore it would make enough sense for him to cooperate with the cops and make it seem like he is more trustworthy.
And a lot of abusive people seem like "the nicest sweetest person there is. Couldnt hurt a fly" to everyone on the outside. Thats literally the dumbest reason. I mean what about sandra? Youre telling me she DOESNT seem like a sweet lady?? Oml. these cops man... 🤦🏻
my dad was a very abusive man and also the most charming man you ever met until he decided you was not needed any more that's like text book you would think cops and da's would know that

I really don’t understand why so many people in the comments here are convinced it was Wes. To believe that you have to overlook that the wife searched for how to kill someone in their sleep, read an article on how to kill someone and get away with it, didn’t recognize her own son or his voice, had gun residue on her hands, and that she got upset in front of other witnesses when the police wanted to search the garage a second time, and then tried to refuse allowing them to do the search. Also, why would her son say things to her like he had been fired? Why do all of that talking in the first place and create further risk that your own mother will recognize your voice?
@@nosenseinme4354 they didn't actually overlook the internet searches..apparently the couple went to bed early and the searches were made pretty late in the night..there is a possibility that sandra stayed up late to you know research and shit but there is also a possibility that wes couldve done it and made it seem like a classic framing situation..which i think really worked in his favor. also..if she wasnt the murderer she saw her husband get shot..at that point i really dont think you notice or care about anything other than your safety..which would be a reasonable solution as to why she didnt recognize her sons eyes and didnt recognise his voice (he probably tried to sound very different than usual maybe).plus she only glimpsed at the killers eyes once and for like a second probably so that doesnt seem like a possibility. also her son saying things like he had been fired ...the very obvious reason being even if she did think it was her own son..that would put her off guard..so even if she was a lil sus about her son this would disapprove that theory. its a pretty smart plan if you think about it. also...killing someone in the first place is a huge huge risk..so asking why go through all that risk sounds pretty pointless and stupid sorry. also idk why the texas justice system works like this but im studying law and what ive learnt is there has to be a motive and action to convict someone, the wife clearly doesnt have the motive she loved him, evidently..but the son, we will never really know i guess. xD
I thought that too. Her body language in the interview was the body language of an innocent person being accused. She got upset and angry and asserted that she was innocent and stayed in an uncompromising position. Guilt suspects do not do that in interviews. @@nadiah4540 oh definitely there's more clues that wes did it. I think it's already a bit weird that he went to the police station. The police already knew which gun was missing from the home and that the shooting was most likely done by that type of gun. I don’t see how it’s crazy to therefore conclude that it was the murder weapon once found. Especially since she went crazy and refused to let the police search the garage.
@@nosenseinme4354 the police knew. They weren’t just Willy Nilly sharing details of the case with Wes. Like hey my dude, this was the weapon. If you come across one it’s probably it!! Not how it works. You don’t just go announce to family that the police found the murder weapon before it’s even tested like you are privy to some inside knowledge that not even the police know yet. Unless you know because you have first-hand knowledge. Also police knowing what types of guns were probably used is quite a different thing than doing ballistic testing to confirm.
My thought on Sandra not recognizing Wes assuming he IS the killer, I just think most of the time you would NEVER in a million years think your child could do this to you and that kind of information would be hard to process with your mind under so much stress, disoriented from sleep and probable shock watching your spouse dying in front of you
And the fact that a gunshot went off right next to her. People don't realize how loud they really are. Your whole sense of tone depth in voices would be off for a bit. Ears ringing. The works.

The way she screamed when the police officer told her that her husband was dead solidified in my head that she did NOT do it. We've seen so many guilty people faking emotions and that was nowhere near fake. You can't fake an agony scream like that.
100% agree. I have heard, in person, the guttural scream of someone who is being told their loved one has passed. It just hits different. Yes you can replicate a scream, but it is so incredibly hard to replicate the emotion and shock behind that scream, and the chilling effect it has on those who hear it.
My thoughts too! I knew in that moment it wasn't her, that kind of gut wrenching scream cannot be faked. The feeling of finding out a loved one just died isn't something that can just be done for show.
When she asked if she had to put him on the floor, you could hear her anguish. I don’t believe she did it either. Also, her son seemed to have all the answers... and somehow new exactly where the gun was. the gun magically appeared in a place that had already been searched. 🤨 😒

Thats a very good theory honestly. And makes a lot of sense because even in panic you would recognize your son. But also there is no reason whatsoever for Sandra to have killed her husband.
That's what I'm thinking to be the most likely scenario too. Even if it could be possible that Sandra didn't recognize it's her son in front of her and talking to her in a state of complete shock and panic, I can't imagine her son being so brazen and reckless to interact with his mother after killing her husband, to speak with her and give her the opportunity to look at his face. If he is able to kill his step-dad and frame his own mother he would probably also be able to kill her. That's why I think that he hired a hitman if it really was him. But maybe he did it himself because he desperately needed money and that's why he took the risk and went directly to the police to frame his mother. It's also possible. I'm still not sure that it wasn't Sandra herself. There seems to be no motif for her to do it but we'll never know what happened behind closed doors. And the family of the husband that lived next door and was very close to them seems to firmly believe that she did it.

I genuinely started to cry hearing Sandra's call. She sounds so distraught and emotional. I have never ever felt so certain of someone's innocence before.
How about the idea that Sandra DID recognize Wes, the killer, but at first tried to protect her son by lying about the intruder. But once she realized he not only killed her husband, but was also trying to frame her for the murder, her sense of self preservation overcame her motherly instincts
The cops don't want to admit they were duped by the "nice guy" and they hate women. I know, I lived in Texas half my life and they will believe a white dude over anyone else.
Not necessarily. She was under tremendous stress. And she would never have expected to see her son, so she wouldn't see him. You see what you expect to see, and she expected to see a stranger. And he probably disguised his voice. I once went to a Halloween party in a wig and someone I had known for years did not recognize me. And I wasn't even wearing a mask.

You think they would look into things a little more. lol.
I was thinking the same thing my phone connects to mine and even if I took my phone it would continue to play at my house so.... Confusing. If it was in a different time zone they should have looked into that as well cuz if it was when he was supposed to have dinner then they could definitely tell it wasn't him on his account.
Doesn't sound like the cops knew much of anything. They didn't know basic procedures that I grew up knowing from cop shows in the 70s :-D Yeah, ok, I know, but srsly.
When Wes went to police to point a finger at his own mother but refused to back up why he thought she might with the biggest grin on his face, I knew he did it. He couldn’t even bother to make something up like that he had witnessed them fighting that night. And the police saying he wasn’t smart enough to carry it out-he didn’t have to do much!! Halfway competent cops might be a little bit suspicious of the guy who is too eagerly pointing at someone else and who seems waaaay too confident about where that gun would be.

Why is no one mentioning that MS can cause cognitive impairment? Sandra may not have recognized Wes, assuming it was him, because she was under extreme stress. When someone is stressed, their focus decreases. It can be even worse for someone with MS. The police majorly dropped the ball on this
I was thinking the same thing. I honestly can't understand how they could consider her a better suspect than Wes. I'm surprised she was able to get him off the bed to do CPR. Unless he was abusing her, it seems crazy for her to consider killing him. Even if he left her money in his will or something, eventually she'd have to use that money for a caretaker. Why do that when you already HAVE a caretaker who's the primary breadwinner. I've watched so many true crime stories...even if the kids that are 100% sure their parent did it, they still talk to the parent first. Wes is suspicious. I'm really curious as to what was actually in his will.
You don't even have to have MS to not recognize someone like this. I'm sure he didn't speak in his normal voice. He was probably altering his voice and also wearing a ski mask. Even a healthy person wouldn't necessarily recognize someone they know.

The jury got it right, and Wes got away with murder. Sandra’s reaction when the paramedics told her that John was dead was so real that it was obvious she hadn’t killed him. I’ve heard that myself and this was, in my opinion, genuine shock and grief. The only thing I find a bit off is her returning to the house straight after John was killed. This was the worst police investigation I’ve ever heard of, and I’ve watched hundreds of true crime documentaries. Shameful.
Unfortunately with the training that the police received and their preconceived notions about how things are or are not it is corruption at the highest part of the investigation and her arrest and being in jail for a year-and-a-half and then to go and out into the community where I'm sure many people especially Jones family were still convinced that she did it which makes no sense as he was her sole support physically and financially
As soon as Wes went to the police station before even talking to his mother, especially with that stupid little smirk on his face, it was solidified for me. Wes had to have done it. He planted the gun, wouldn't let her look at him, had a story to tell her, knew where the gun would have been and had a motive, like, come on!
He didn't even wait to see if the police could check her version, what reason did he have to go and accuse her immediately? Maybe I would have believed him if he had gone to the police after a few months, when they would have run out of options, and asked them to check his mother as well...
@@doobnoob8491 those were my thoughts too. Maybe he promised a bit of the money to one of his buddies if they did it? It wouldn't be the first time smth like this happens.
The son did it - hands down. He was the only one with a real motive, he was there and had access to all of their electronics when those cryptic searches were made - the searches that were made too late at night to be from Sandra, he told them exacrly where to find the gun (that just so happened to end up to be the murder weapon.... that wasn't there the first time the search of her car was made), and the gun was wrapped up and completely wiped of prints. Why would SANDRA need to wipe her prints from HER own gun? Even if it were the murder weapon, HER prints belong on it - but, her son's do not. The DA is right in saying that MOST people who come to murder someone to get revenge won't sit there and tell the surviving victim the whole entire story and give up their motive (esp one that could easily help the cops shrink down the list of possible people it could be) - but, it wasn't your average intruder.... it was her freaking son, who was obviously so stupid, he thought it was normal or something for murderers to give their motive to a wtiness to the crime. ::insert eyeroll here:: Two VERY strong point that make me fully believe it was her son are: He didn't kill her, hiw own mother. And, he kept telling her not to look at him. Most intruders who have their face fully covered are not going to worry much about the witness looking at them, because their whole face is freaking covered! The only reason someone would be worried about being looked at in the face with that kind of mask on, is if the witness knows your appearance VERY well - esp your eyes, if you eyes would be easy for them to recognize. Sandra is absolutely right that in that moment, waking up from hearing gun shots and to find your husband bleeding to death right next to you, with the gun now pointed at you, demanding that you get all the money in the house, screaming at you not to look at them or they'll kill you, too..... even IF he wasn't disguising his voice, or disguising it well? Your first thoughts in that moment would not be: 'Oh, wait..... this guys who is threatening to kill me sounds kind of like my own SON." Give me a break. Just wouldn't go down like that. The reason her POS son wouldn't come right out and say that she did it is because he knew that she didn't do it, it's some weird psychological thing. Cause, I know it seems that if someone is capable of murder, and setting it up to let their mom take the fall - they're surely capable of lying, right? But, it has something to do with a subconscious psychological thing (I've read about) that we're supposed to tell the truth - esp to authority figures. I don't see how the cops, the DA, and his own family doesn't see that it makes SO MUCH MORE SENSE that her son did this than her doing it! Soooo...... hope his family feels real good about writing her off and keeping in touch with their loved ones true murderer.
@@brittanydrumright4777 I forgot to mention that - but, yes!! Thats what I said to my screen when HE was dumb enough to bring up in his own interrogation that the dogs didn't bark! I was like: Duh, dumbass!! Cause they know you, too! 😂
I really feel sorry for Sandra. She had to spend all that time in prison for something she didn't do. Grieving for her husband and suffering with m.s on top of that. Can she get any compensation for that? Especially as the son was not investigated properly. Thank you again for your video Kendall
Yes y was there no gun in his moms car then he says yea it right under her seat and 4 days later he has enough time to stash the gun there when the cops go search hmm 🤔
@@BlueblueN I don't think it's that she didn't WANT them to search.. I just think she was extremely frustrated at that point because so much time was being wasted on her.. imagine if you KNOW someone out there killed your husband and instead of them putting their energy and attention into searching for the killer, instead they are putting the focus on you.. if you KNOW that you are not guilty, then after a while and after so many things were already removed from her house and had been checked already, it gets frustrating.. I've seen this many times in other cases.. it happens often and I can't say that I blame the spouse or loved one because it has to be painful and scary to be accused if you know that you're not guilty.. plus, every minute counts in an investigation and every minute lost could be an opportunity to miss ever finding the real killer. Honestly, I think it's a reasonable reaction based on the raw emotions she must have been feeling. I could totally see reacting that way myself after a certain amount of time. Of course at first I would be 100% cooperative, which she was and it would be totally understandable for them to check me out but if I felt like they were wasting time on me, I would get extremely upset.
I literally cried listening to her pain. If you watch all the other videos of murders, I can tell if someones pain is insincere, but hers was real and very sincere It broke my heart
You can fake a lot of stuff and I don’t believe that the emotion in a person voice can count as accurate. But I also don’t believe she did it. I just don’t think your argument is solid
so Sandra was suicidal because she felt like she was a burden to John, but after he talked her out of it saying he’d have to kill himself if she did, she changed her mind. then she turns around and shoots him? nah, she was in jail for two years WRONGFULLY and her son should be investigated immediately
I can 100% believe that she wouldn’t recognize him. That would be such a terrible, traumatic experience. You wouldn’t know what was going on. It’s dark, your ears are ringing, your eyes are adjusting, dogs probably barking, someone screaming at you.
BEFORE comforting his mom. He may have watched her hiding the gun if he had driven to her house first, but instead he went straight to police. How did he know where the gun was hidden?
Yes, it was WES. He had the means, motive, and opportunity. The fact that the dogs didn’t bark nailed it for me - they knew him. He’d likely snuck in several times to leave a digital footprint to frame his mother. And the gun appearing in her car after it had already been searched. I think it’s understandable that she didn’t recognize Wes, because she was freaking out, he gave her a back story to throw her off, and he told her not to look at him. Creepy guy.
If it wasn't Wes, he also could have had a friend do it - I say friend like you said because of the dogs, maybe someone who had been there multiple times?
That’s what I picked up on. He told her not to look at him because he knew she would most likely recognize him in the light with a straight shot. She was avoiding looking at him when the whole incident went down most likely out of fear and she said he had a flashlight so I’m sure it was dark.
I thought it was the son whenever he immediately went to the cops without even checking on his mom then the murder weapon magically ends up exactly where he said it wld be. The fact that he so happily announced to the in-laws that they found the murder weapon. Totally Wes.
It sounds fishy that they searched her car and there was no gun and the moment Wes says that she keeps the gun under the seat it magically appears. I mean. Come on..
@@Hanan.T.K The thing to me is that after Wes told them and they went to go check and found it the second time, Sandra didnt know they were going to check so if she knew, why would she place it there. . . i dont know much but Wes is leaning toward guilty to me.
i still don't how she didn't recognize him! no matter how distressed you are you should be able to recognize your son's voice! according to her he talked a lot.. idk
@@Hanan.T.K If it were me in that situation, I would not have even been paying attention to that. Id just be trying to make sure I stay alive. Its just depends on the person and how they react.
@@Hanan.T.K she could be in denial at first. She didn’t realized that her son is broadcasting that she’s the most likely suspect! Kendall mentioned that now when she looked back into it, it looked like it was Wes.
I for sure think he did it. But I think his point was that the dogs didn’t bark to alarm them that someone was in the house so they could protect themselves, aka no one broke into the house, so the killer was in the house, aka the killer must be Sandra. But in sandras defense, if the dogs know her son, they they might not bark because it’s someone they recognize.
The son sounds a little suspicious. He seemed a little too eager to place the blame on his mom. Also to the Netflix point....you can hit play on a movie and walk away from the screen.
Exactly what what I thought about netflix. Is there also an autoplay on tv shows? Or you could play the longest movie you find. I don't know how close to them he lived tho
i considered the son right away, just the way he said “i don’t want to say…my mom”, no real hesitation, just straight away, plus he seemed to be TOO HELPFUL to the investigation
Sandra's reaction on the 911 call and when the cop said he was dead was genuine. She was mortified. She didn't want him dead. Everything points to Wes!
Yeah I don't normally like affect arguments (ie: "she didn't seem as upset as I'd be if my husband had just died!", "if I were accused of murder I'd deny it way more vehemently than he did!"), but you can't even make that here. The way she screamed seemed like a genuine emotional reaction/
HOW did the police not consider Wes as a suspect? He just told them a step-by-step on how the murder happened and where the murder weapon was (when it wasn't there before) and they just believed him??? WTF
Police: she’s not a suspect Wes: my Mom did it Police: we believe Wes. Thorough search of car- no gun Wes: Are you sure? Better double check under the seat NOW there’s a gun *obviously planted Police: oh thanks Wes, we couldn’t have solved this without you 🙄
When they found the gun after the second search, I immediately thought "Wes totally planted that gun there." I mean, I thought that was obvious, but apparently the police department in Texas hires the dumbest of asses
I wanna know who put it there because Wes thought it was already there when he told them and was surprised when it wasn't. Then he made sure it was there the second time, but who was it?
RIGHT?! I totally thought that same thing! It was obviously planted, and I can't believe they didn't check fingerprints on the Mustang. I knew she didn't kill him when Wes ran over to the in-law's house screaming they found the murder weapon in her car.
I think the son did it. He lived nearby, he could have done those searches, placed the gun there... He seemed pretty keen to put all the blame on her for no reason really. Not to mention killing someone while being in later stages of MS would be pretty tough..
@@recluseren exactly. And he keeps mentioning, why the dogs didn't bark. They wouldn't bark if they knee him. Not to mention she could have not recognizer him cause she was so terrified and also MS is. A neurological disorder and it does affect the brain a bit. If she were sleeping or just woken up, sheight have not been in the right state of mind to recognise him. He also could have tried to change his voice
@@indica534 mmmmhmm I think maybe he's been emotionally abusing his mom, killed her husband in cold blood and told mom "I'm all you have left now. You'd better act like you didn't see whoever did this"
Man, that poor woman was almost thrown in prison for the rest of her life for something she obviously didn’t do. The son definitely killed him, and the fact that he’s walking around free is disturbing.
I AGREE!
Agree.
I AGREE!!
The sheer fact that she was still alive proves she didn’t do this in my opinion.

i agree xx

@@nosenseinme4354 they didn't actually overlook the internet searches..apparently the couple went to bed early and the searches were made pretty late in the night..there is a possibility that sandra stayed up late to you know research and shit but there is also a possibility that wes couldve done it and made it seem like a classic framing situation..which i think really worked in his favor. also..if she wasnt the murderer she saw her husband get shot..at that point i really dont think you notice or care about anything other than your safety..which would be a reasonable solution as to why she didnt recognize her sons eyes and didnt recognise his voice (he probably tried to sound very different than usual maybe).plus she only glimpsed at the killers eyes once and for like a second probably so that doesnt seem like a possibility. also her son saying things like he had been fired ...the very obvious reason being even if she did think it was her own son..that would put her off guard..so even if she was a lil sus about her son this would disapprove that theory. its a pretty smart plan if you think about it. also...killing someone in the first place is a huge huge risk..so asking why go through all that risk sounds pretty pointless and stupid sorry. also idk why the texas justice system works like this but im studying law and what ive learnt is there has to be a motive and action to convict someone, the wife clearly doesnt have the motive she loved him, evidently..but the son, we will never really know i guess. xD

Oh yeah! I already thought it was Wes, but good one. You could've been a better detective on this case than the actually detectives.
What were the police of the case on that they missed all these obvious details

Here's what seals her innocence for me:
There is no way that she could have disposed of the gun after shooting her husband. His body was still warm when officers arrived, but the gun was nowhere to be found. There's no way she could have hidden it AND called 911 AND perform CPR well enough to keep her husband alive until several minutes before law enforcement arrived on scene, and when you add the fact that she's disabled on top of that? No freaking way.
good point
Not to mention, he could have laid there alive for quite a while before he died..given her extra time
We watched this trial, they have a lot more evidence than what’s mentioned here..I’m not saying that she did it, I’m not saying she didn’t..I’ve bagged shooting victims that died at home/elsewhere and were brought into ER, they’re still very warm...
He was JUST asleep in bed less than 20minutes prior so of course he would still be warm. However that's not evident that she did him no harm or conspire to do so.
It is actually very easy to shoot someone and hide the gun before police arrive. Only she knows all the nooks and crannies of her own home and property. Even in my home, I know exactly where I can hide something.
This fool walks over to his step-father’s family and states “they found the murder weapon”, no they found a gun the only way he would know it was the murder weapon was if he put it there.

That's what I said! How has nobody else thought that?
Good catch!!
They slip, they always do. Can't believe the family didn't catch that. I also can't believe he wasn't considered a suspect from the get-go. The way he was acting from the beginning was already suspicious.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis 12 years ago, at the age of 24. It can leave you feeling "ready to go" but worried about the people you leave behind. Great support, mentally and physically has definitely helped me through it!
Her son hired someone to do it. That's why she didn't recognize his eyes and voice. He went there to calm the dogs down and let the killer in.
Yep. Agree. Or the other person got Wes's assistance. Which ever way round it was not Sandra.
Thats a very good theory honestly. And makes a lot of sense because even in panic you would recognize your son. But also there is no reason whatsoever for Sandra to have killed her husband.
Louis Cantu woah true
That’s a good theory. Definitely sounds possible

When Wes went to police to point a finger at his own mother but refused to back up why he thought she might with the biggest grin on his face, I knew he did it. He shows no pain at John’s death-certainly not the level of feeling for his stepdad that would override his loyalty to his mother and drive him immediately to the police station to present nothing more than suspicions. He couldn’t even bother to make something up like that he had witnessed them fighting that night. And the police saying he wasn’t smart enough to carry it out-he didn’t have to do much!!
I'm so glad you said this. I suffer with MS and I completely sympathize with this poor woman. May Karma take care of her son.

The police were awful in this .
As soon as Wes went to the police station before even talking to his mother, especially with that stupid little smirk on his face, it was solidified for me. Wes had to have done it. He planted the gun, wouldn't let her look at him, had a story to tell her, knew where the gun would have been and had a motive, like, come on!
the investigators on this case must have been brain dead to miss all of this.
He didn't even wait to see if the police could check her version, what reason did he have to go and accuse her immediately? Maybe I would have believed him if he had gone to the police after a few months, when they would have run out of options, and asked them to check his mother as well...

I was starting to think I was the only person who feels this way and I don't even ALMOST feel that way..
I'll say it.. I 100% think he did it!!!

He’d likely snuck in several times to leave a digital footprint to frame his mother. And the gun appearing in her car after it had already been searched. I think it’s understandable that she didn’t recognize Wes, because she was freaking out, he gave her a back story to throw her off, and he told her not to look at him. Creepy guy.
Good point!!
RIIIGHHHHTTTT!!!!
Just saw a video of cops in the home and the dogs were running around… but not barking. But yeah… the son did it
I thought it was the son whenever he immediately went to the cops without even checking on his mom then the murder weapon magically ends up exactly where he said it wld be. The fact that he so happily announced to the in-laws that they found the murder weapon. Totally Wes.
It sounds fishy that they searched her car and there was no gun and the moment Wes says that she keeps the gun under the seat it magically appears. I mean. Come on..
why didn't she want them to search the car again though?
@@Hanan.T.K it could be exhaustion from police zeroing in on her. And anger about wanting to live in peace.
@@Hanan.T.K The thing to me is that after Wes told them and they went to go check and found it the second time, Sandra didnt know they were going to check so if she knew, why would she place it there. . . i dont know much but Wes is leaning toward guilty to me.
exactly i mean all the people on this case are really dumb.... itis so obvious it is Wes....
They need to investigate Wes immediately. It’s almost so blatant it’s ridiculous.
i still don't how she didn't recognize him! no matter how distressed you are you should be able to recognize your son's voice! according to her he talked a lot.. idk
@@Hanan.T.K he could have known she would be home, and hired a hit man OR put on a phony voice to scare her
@@Hanan.T.K If it were me in that situation, I would not have even been paying attention to that.
And how would Wes know that the dogs weren’t barking and the dogs wouldn’t bark if they knew who the person was by scent
Exactly what I thought. They didn’t bark cause they knew him
My thoughts exactly
I for sure think he did it.
But I think his point was that the dogs didn’t bark to alarm them that someone was in the house so they could protect themselves, aka no one broke into the house, so the killer was in the house, aka the killer must be Sandra.
But in sandras defense, if the dogs know her son, they they might not bark because it’s someone they recognize.
Good point!
@@Mac_kensiiie also there was probably tons of people in the house, cuz it was like a center of life there - dogs might not bark at anyone
I absolutely think it was the son. And the fact that he tried to frame his own mother speaks volumes about him as a person... I'm glad she's free.
I hope John's family watches this so they can see how guilty Wes is
Exactly. It's so heartbreaking that John's family thinks that Sandra killed John. Wes did it and I can say that with 99% certainty
And they stayed in contact with the killer :(
THEY BOTH HAD SOMETHING TO DO WITH IT, OR KNEW OF IT SERIOUSLY !
She was framed by her son. Maybe he disguised his voice. The dogs knew him. She had just woken up. I mean.🤷♀️
Literally last week, I was so tired when my mom woke me up that for a minute I couldn't recognize her... So yeah, I believe Sandra, Wes did it.
The son sounds a little suspicious. He seemed a little too eager to place the blame on his mom. Also to the Netflix point....you can hit play on a movie and walk away from the screen.
Yeah that’s exactly what I was thinking.
I was thinking the same too!
Lol thinking the same
Seriously. that is a very paper thin alibi to begin with.
“He doesn’t seem the type”
Didn’t they say that about Bundy?
the fact that sandra survived lowkey further pushes the idea it was wes..
Sandra's reaction on the 911 call and when the cop said he was dead was genuine. She was mortified. She didn't want him dead. Everything points to Wes!
Right! I felt the anguish in that scream
@@ahmadrashaad9164 righttt!
I agree everything points to Wes. that said she didnt come off as genuine to me whatsoever. She sounded bitter and forced.
It was sincere. I agree.
Her smile when the verdict was read was so sweet, she’s a beauty
HOW did the police not consider Wes as a suspect? He just told them a step-by-step on how the murder happened and where the murder weapon was (when it wasn't there before) and they just believed him??? WTF
it was wes for sure.
The buddy system of genius men, they all cover each other's butt.
@@TheNinnyfee thank you! Came here to say the same thing!
Police: she’s not a suspect
Wes: my Mom did it
Police: we believe Wes.
Thorough search of car- no gun
Wes: Are you sure? Better double check under the seat
NOW there’s a gun *obviously planted
Police: oh thanks Wes, we couldn’t have solved this without you
🙄
Like an old school idiotic cop show. Are they really that stupid
Lol.EXACLY! HE IS SO STUPID!
I think the son did it. He lived nearby, he could have done those searches, placed the gun there... He seemed pretty keen to put all the blame on her for no reason really. Not to mention killing someone while being in later stages of MS would be pretty tough..
And he'd know about the safe🧐
Also the dogs wouldn’t have barked if they were already familiar with the person coming into the house o
You'd better act like you didn't see whoever did this"
I think he pulled the trigger but I think she set it up
Man, that poor woman was almost thrown in prison for the rest of her life for something she obviously didn’t do. The son definitely killed him, and the fact that he’s walking around free is disturbing.
