Seriously who cares ? He's a service plumber using these on accessable parts? It's not like he's burrying hundreds of these behind several layers of drywall in the attic. Sheesh. Do you hate pex too boomer ?
@@beardedbarnstormer9577Pex doesn’t rely on o-rings to seal. I was in the industry for 15 years when all diff sorts of pex flooded the market. Some pex is definitely better than others.
@@beardedbarnstormer9577That’s the only kind I’d ever recommend bro! I remember when shitty brands like Vanguard and Zurn first hit the market…what a fu@king train wreck.
“Your no plumber boy! Your just a kid trying to learn from us old timers. Back in my day we would be drinking a beer and soldering at the same time. No pro press crap. Get off my job site boy!”
Just wonder. Have you aver missed when measuring the length of the pipe? And what would you do?especially if you measure it too short? I loke to watch your video becasue in my country we never have any copper piping, its only pvc as far as i know.
In a lot of your refurbishment/repair videos you start by unsweating old fittings to get back to the beginning in future how would you get the press fitted fittings off to do the same?
The paper gaskets on them were awful, now that they come with O-rings instead I don't mind them as much but they dont handle high pressure super well (130+ street pressure)
So I slowed the speed down as slow as it would go and I took some screen grabs and one of them I could just barely make out the name of those nice pliers.... the slide jaw....KNIPEX. DO YOU HAVE A LINK FOR THOSE OR A PART NUMBER PLEASE ??? thank you
I could just feel that pvc 90 two feet down at the transition split when you stuck that 1” copper in at an angle to drain the 1 1/4 riser. Errrrrr..,., why not use a little 1/2” pex or anything that won’t require putting stress on the riser to blow out the water??. Answer-laziness Prolly got away with it but one of these days your luck will run out BOY!
Nice touch at the end with the spigot handle! Great work sir 👍
Glad you liked it!

It's the LITTLE things that make a BIG difference! 👍
The shorts with voice overs are great, but the longer normal speeds are even better, cheers!
The beauty of cooper worked by professional hands. Nice work sir!
I like the attention to detail. Nice work!
Thanks for watching
That pro press is a gift from god.
You are the king of O-rings. Hopefully the manufacturer will cover parts and labor to replace leaky fittings in the future.
Never seen one leak my friend

What is more convenient propress tool for you? Milwaukee M12 or Ridgid 241?
Inside fitting sweat 3/4in FIP for one less fitting 🤙🏼 great work
My thought exactly… Got a really nitpick this guy to find something.😉

With a saw and a coupling
Nice work! And cool video! Thank you for making this! 😊
Why do you still solder the unions, wouldn’t ProPress be easier and faster?
I don't think they make make a propress union.
Have you ever considered Caleffi brand PRV, one one the best I've worked with in my time in plumbing.
The paper gaskets on them were awful, now that they come with O-rings instead I don't mind them as much but they dont handle high pressure super well (130+ street pressure)
As always, great video!
Why do you draw a line around the copper before crimping with press tool ?
to make sure the insertion depth is correct
Whats a symptom of one going bad?
High water pressure
It's above ground,will it freeze?

Errrrrrrr why did you replace the regulator when it was the seal tape that was leaking?
Another great video
You playing with my emotions, where is the bandsaw. How can you keep the title as bandsaw bandit????
Cool 😎

Nice 👍
Thanks ✌
What is the point of drawing that line before you clamp? Total noob here
Viega wants the installer to mark the insertion depth to avoid any costly mistakes such as pressing a fitting without having the pipe fully inserted
