wow, the form that guy used with a 32 kg was truly dangerous. I've been doing that workout with a 20 kg and climbing to a 24 kg slowly and without proper technique, I can't imagine finishing a single set
Guys, excellent video! I remember that before I could Jerk a 24 Kg, I trained with a 14 Kg in each hand cleaning and jerking (3 sets of 15) for a month, and, only then, I could jerk the 24 Kg only two or three times single handedly. All that, without shoulder pain. Today I'm snatching those 24 Kg (3x10) single handedly and you can really feel it at the end of the training session. And, by the way, with more than 18 Kgs you are always at a serious risk of severely injuring your joints, ligaments, tendons and muscles. Anyway, excellent material. I hope to congrats you for having 250K subscribers by next year!!!
I remember years ago seeing rogan in a video lifting with cam hanes. Some of the exercises, like incline dumbbell presses, didn't look super smooth from joe, so it kinda goes both ways, you get better at what you train. But KBs definitely make you feel like "one piece" more than anything else I've done.
I don't know if you take video requests but another longer breakdown of the windmill and renegade row would be awesome. Do you think it matters if the renegade row has wide feet or not?
i've seen wrestlers training where they press the bells from the back of the shoulders each side at a time with 24s and 32s but they are strong as hell
I’ve been 3+ months doing kettlebell with Lebe Stark’s videos and a 35 lb / 15.8 kg is the most I can do with a clean and press. Any heavier and my form/technique suffers (trust me, I’ve tried). But I say that to say I started with a 12 kg and worked my way, it does take time but I’m more concerned with technique over weight. But I can feel once the weight is too easy and I move up from there.
Heavier weight taught me how to do the swing. Stick your bum out like you're trying to shut the car door on the swing then go into a vertical plank. Lovely
Is the young fitness influencer the same guy in Rogan video? His technique on cleans are totally wrong. He needs to work with a lighter wt first. Now Rogan workout is totally insane , i do get that. The guy is unbelievable. Oh watched the rest of the video, the influencer needs to learn KBs technique first. He is all messed up 😀😀. Go back to drawing board please. Please dont make fun of KBs.

Great video. Just completed this workout for Joe Rogan myself. Great fun. I’m doing it again. (Taking some tips from you too 🤝)
Good stuff!

Great video, right to the point 👍

I'm always listening in to video requests! Wide stance offers more stability.

Why did you have to take Christ's name in vain in the middle? That appeared to be simply mockery.
My intention was the opposite, brother. 🙏
He did not.
Stop crying, Jesus wouldn't.
