It's relative. If you are in even half decent shape you could cycle through that many times and it would still be a warm up. If you are not in shape it might be tough.
@@jasonwelsh417 No this is definitely a workout regardless, not a hard one but a workout non the less. a warm up shouldn’t be that long. You’re draining all that energy that could have been used for your actual workout.
@@jasonwelsh417 I can do 50 push ups in a row and do dips with 90lbs as well as weighted pull ups. Doing this “warm up” is a great way to make sure you pre fatigue yourself unnecessarily. Even stretching as be shown to hinder workouts. So idk wtf you’re talking about.
@William1683BT Put up a video of you doing 50 pushups in a row. I am not saying you can't (I can) but what I am saying is almost every time someone says they can do a high number in a row their form is dogshit. Also, if you think that little body weight circuit of 10 reps is too much your conditioning sucks. Conditioning should be part of the end result of training, and that little body weight warm up is not even close to something that should tax a fit person.
I think if you can't do a pull-up you shouldn't mess with that workout and double 32 kettlebells... There is plenty of basic work to do before. Just my opinion.
I’ll aspire to this one as I have a long way to go before I could even attempt this. However, it’s a cool workout to aspire to being able to complete in the next 12-24 months.
Hey cool workout, do you rest between the warm up/medium and heavy? Then do you do the clean and jerks 2 rounds or 1 round then the jerks then the squats etc? Many thanks
To be honest, as KB lover, i don't use KB to build big muscles. I just use it as effective minimalist tool to stay in shape. If i will decide to build solid muscles, i will hit the GYM instead and use barbells and dumbbells with machines.
the double snatch could use some improvement. you make it a look like a pressing movement on the last centimeters. create more momentum through the swing phase. if you can't, go lighter. the weight looks a bit heavy for you to be snatched at this point of the workout.
You need your own gym to do this workout. Dips, pull-ups, prowlers...only few people have all this equipment in their homes. So what is the conclusion? A gym membership?

Whether it’s calisthenics or kettlebells, the basics never die.
That warm-up is a workout.

Love it. Always top quality videos. Thanks for the exercises and added information!
My second 32kg arrived today from Kettlebell Kings!
Damn, double 32s is intense!!! Thank you for the inspiration 💪
Love me some Dips & Pullups, weighted off course. I'll get a Pro kettlebell eventually. 👍
I’ll aspire to this one as I have a long way to go before I could even attempt this.

Love the channel buddy, but go full ROM for the pull ups!

🤩 64 kg that’s some beast well done Greg
One of the most complex workouts, everything a body needs
If this workout isn't called THE BEAST, it should be!
Levi's workouts are ridiculous, but i do think they are necessary.
That's some serious weight on those kettlebells

Each exercise in the 90s or all of them?

It goes from bodyweight to medium weight of minimum 44kg? Seriously?

If you can't do a single proportional Pull-Up you have absolutely no business getting under 48, let alone 64 KGs of Kettlebell

i think this workout can do only 5% of your viewers :)
Unrealistic
U shall do a warning at the end
Heavy weight with explosive movements is for advanced athletic ppl
Wtf wrong with ppl!
But does it build strength? Yeah muscle is great but I want to build strength with aesthetic muscle being an added side effect.
