Also these would work well as additional brake, reverse lights, and license plate lights. Steady burn red would be wired to the brake light, spotlights wired to the reverse lights, and the puddle wired to the parking lights, or if the puddle is vertical and facing outward, the alley lights. They should make a license plate mount, horizontal or vertical style.

4 of those would be great on a push bumper. The two in the middle horizontal with the puddle and spotlights wired to the take down button and the ones on the ends vertical with the puddle facing forward also wired to the take down, and the spots wired to that side's alley light.

I wanted an awesome 180 degree light to install under my mirror. At first I was going to go with feniex F6, but then just now remembered these. Then I looked at the price!!!

+OnBakePlatinum Have you taken a look at these?- sirennet.com/store/product/soundoff-intersector-mirror-mount-light

+SIRENNET Of course, that's the original 180 degree light. But it's expensive too whereas the Feniex F6 is half the cost! PS: I didn't know the intersectors now come in a dual color! I wonder if they'll make a 3 color version for white scene lighting.

+OnBakePlatinum When the Soundoff Intersector was first introduced some years back, we didn't anticipate a DUO version coming along later... So you never can tell what will come out next :)

Hi. Love your content and very appreciative of all your help so far. I'm looking for a V-Cut light to mount to the side fenders of a Ford Police Interceptor Sedan/Taurus. The shape of these are ideal, but they are a bit large. Do you have any recommendations please? Thank you very much and keep up the great work gentlemen (and ladies)!

Unfortunately it's not available any longer, but Whelen did previously have a lighting fixture called "Side Kick". It's a driver and passenger side fender mount housing replacement assembly with either a standard or V-Series ION. The part number starts with SK01. eBay's a great place to check and watch for these.

How hard would it be to hook these up on a motorcycle and wire up the take downs as a steady running light like headlights and the flashing side lights hooked up for blinkers?

This is a wonderful idea you have. It actually should be pretty straight forward... The hardest thing will be finding the factory wires for the headlight and blinker circuit, but if you give your local bike shop a call, they should be able to tell you what wires to look for to tie the IONV into.
You'd want to take the ground wire and tie it to the battery or an ignition ground wire. The trigger wire for the Take-down function would be wired into the headlight trigger wire. If you set the warning pattern to steady-burn, you can then tie the control wire into the blinker harness. With the ION set to steady, it would flash at the normal blinker speed vs. flashing as a warning pattern, but depending on how you want your blinker to function, the pattern setting it really up to yourself.

Does whelen make this in a duo or is it just single color unit?

Only single colors. There's a Code 3 variant that we offer called the M180MC. For a look, please see our page here: sirennet.com/store/product/code-3-m180smc-multi-color-intersection-takedown-puddle-light
