- Accenture has declared a new update on 12thOct,2023 on 2023 promotions/hikes/bonuses/rewards/Talent Outcomes. Four major news are uncovered in this video.
I have total 1 year 9months as software developer my designation was software engineer in previous company of experience after layoff i was unemployed for 1year.
Now i cleared all technical rounds at Accenture what designation i will get & which level my qualification is mtech in electrical.
How is job security at Bangalore for my designation??
Prohibition period how many months???
As you have done masters, your pay scale will be different for the respective designation..urs can be senior analyst bt plz confirm it from the reapective hr…job security is good if you are generating an output thats not really tough even if some gaps in knowledge, you will have many platforms within to specialise your skills…probabtion depends on your performance too..by default its 6 months
Only for Indian and srilanka employees but rest of others are getting 😢😢 so unfair is Indians are labour, kya humne kaam nahi kiya tha😢 nahi deta to kisi ko mat do ya sabko do.
So true..this notification is for india and srilanka…and yes we have worked so hard and donot deserve this..😢

Please tell that performance bonuses paid by companies are included in ctc or they are paid on top of ctc and how are they calculated
Bonus is part of variable pay thats paid to you …its part of ctc only…hence whenever you switch ask for fixed pay hike excluding variable….e.g…7 lakh total ctc package and 6L is fixed and 1L is variable….means you will get salary on basis of 6L that will be fully paid to you in a year (excluding some default deductions like pf, medical etc) …now out of 1L variable you will not get full amount but you will get it as part of bonus depending on performance and other factors…

Hey as you had joined in 2022 june (not in april of that year) hence you were not eligible for any appraisal and next 2023 this time we all know the situation and no base hikes are happening and even default promotions are also based on high performance and other factors…
May be in june july 2024 company will reconsider the promotions or hikes strictly depending on the company’s overall progress…
Keep checking with your people lead and set your aspirations and expectations with them clearly….
If its not even now then for sure they should consider in year appraisal 2024..

Hi i have one doubt, i am an ase, my 2 years are completed in the organization.My techleap is not cleared will i get my default promotion in dec 23
I cannot assure as organisation has not passed any notification related to the default promotions in this macro environment.
But one thing is default promotion also not provided to everyone..it depends on your bill ability ,project,performance etc

Accenture considers your eligiblility for appraisal when you join company before 1 May of that year else you will be eligible in next year…this is the same case with you…by rule you were eligible for base level increment this year but the concluded announcement of macro environment nullifies the stay at level increment for all and you as well ..only few exceptional cases we can find where skillsets are critical and where org is legally bound to provide the increment as per govtt instructions (if any) in those locations…Dont feel disheartened…its not here only…its everywhere even I have heard infosys has fired few as well…Accenture never fails to keep their employees happy on salary part if you are a good result oriented employee for them…Have patience…it will be alright soon…
Regarding promotion, it must be considered as per the budget but if it gets missed in nov dec 2023 for you (as slots will be very less as compared to general) then they shall prioritise you in upcoming june 2024 promotions for sure…

So im currently at career level 12 and i have written techleap exam, today i got the mail saying i have cleared the exam and is eligible for Fastrack promotion, so will i get the promotion?
Congrats first you cleared it… yes you should be promoted if not this FY then surely in next quarter or in june2024…
Also this is applicable if you have passed atleast 1 year with organisation
Bro accordance with their. And few more criteria are there you might be aware of that on that basis they promote you on dec cycle.

@@rohithv6571 For default promotions, no announcement has been declared. With that its 50-50 probability but if its mentioned in hr policies or in your agreement with no other specific terms and conditions then they are legally bound to promote but expect the low increment with that default promotion if they do. Else they shall analyze the company progress in next 6-7 months and accordingly they shall reconsider.
But yes the techleap cleared candidates will be on top priority for level up.

What about fast track promotion for ASE? Will they promote them if they are eligible?
Yes default promotions (if its mentioned in agreement or company policy or in any offer letter) should be considered for the deserving ones..(cant say default as all freshers dont get promotion....it solely depends on your billability,project,performance etc)
Fast track promotions after completing 1 year is considered if you pass techleap exam else 2 years completion is eligibility...but as slots will be very few this time ...if its not done now then then shall reconsider in upcoming june2024
