Hi, let me correct you over here, after 1 year in accenture you get an increment of 11.11%, and the inhand salary per month becomes 31900 and not 33000, further, the default promotion is done after 24 months and not 22 months, and the promotion hike that you get from CL12->CL11 is 24% and not 30-35%, which makes your inhand salary after 2 years to be 40000, and not 45000.
