I have your book and think it's a thorough but concise reference. The analysis of the different FPJs is one of my favorite parts.

Ambient temperature. Same temperature as outside where it will be used.

just for clarification... this is tomato fermented FRUIT juice, correct? Not the ferment plant leaves, stems, etc.

Yes, the fruit if possible. Leaves would also be an interesting product to make, analyze and try though.

Pls, how to make iron chelate

I have found quack grass and sassafras leave fermented plant juices to have high iron content in forms plants can use. (>9 ppm). Many weeds contain high levels of important minerals bringing them to the surface and into forms other plants can use. Consider fermenting the weeds growing in the area that needs the iron!!!
This is why I publish the mineral analysis of these simple, homemade mineral amendments and encourage others to do the same. Please review Appendix E in my book and on my web site at www.nigel-palmer.com/data for analysis results. Another good resource is Dr James Dukes data base. phytochem.nal.usda.gov/phytochem.nal.usda.gov/
If interested in conducting your own mineral analysis of the home made mineral amendments you make from anywhere in the world check out www.nigel-palmer.com/recipeanalysis. Logan Labs will deal with all international customs forms associated with sending soil samples overseas. Let me know if you need any assistance.
