I can echo that ride1up has ludicrously excellent customer service and tech support, and they build their bikes extremely well. I've had one part fail in a year and a half of the v2 roadster and despite being out of warranty, they overnighted me a new one for free. They also sell individual parts like just the hub motor itself for next to nothing, meaning they really stand behind the repairability of their products. I've never had anything but excellent things to say about them. I just ordered a core 5 as well today.
Nice review. I was looking for a "down-to-earth" review and this is it. I am sharing it with my wife, so she can see how small it appears and ease of step-through. Your view gave good video showing the positioning on the bike. We will likely order one of these bikes today.
