As someone who’s been doing a mobile coffee business for over 3 years, they are putting in the WORK for that setup. Can’t imagine how much time they put in between the events and setup/tear down. Such a great mobile setup and a really cool looking company that I can’t wait to support. Thanks for sharing!
what espresso machine would you reccomend for a small coffee cart? under 5k. a machine that can handle at least 150ppl. i also offer tea, cold brew coffee as well. so it won't be all espresso shots.
I’m extremely impressed by the consideration of quality for a mobile set up. Even with everything being more difficult because it’s mobile, he’s still leaving no stone unturned. Wishing this business the most success!
Overheating the GS3 motor? That's really discouraging to hear. I would think they would have had a better motor in such a high end machine - they tout that it's made with the 'same components as our commercial machines' - so I'm not sure what's up with that.
It’s the pump on the machine in it and the reason it overheats is because it is jammed in between the two boilers. I moved mine below and have never had it overheat since. Had events with pulling shots back to back with two portafilters. So it pretty much runs nonstop and it fixed the problem. Machine and pumps on them are workhorses just no way to cool them down inside the machine

This is by far the most premium coffee cart @ farmers market setup I’ve ever seen!

I got a similar Husky Cart (but in white) for my home coffee set up :D So much storage and good heavy duty weight capacity!
Can you please provide more information about the inverter and power supply

Gs3 and the YOU! You are missing the slayer to complete the set up 😊
Hi Brian great video! I was just wondering can the SR You keep up with the LM GS3 in a semi commercial environment?
We have a vid on the YOU specifically in commercial environments at this farmers market that I'll be putting up soon!

I should specify below meaning in the cart as a normal 220v machine would have their pump
