Sir, this is a doubt from TVoM.
for example, if 1,00,000 is borrowed for 6 yrs at 8% compound interest. it becomes 1,58,687 at the end of 6 yrs. if annual installments are to made, it is 26,447.
but if we go by the formula of Present value ordinary annuity, C ie cash flow per period becomes around 21k. why the difference?
