kyunki cvaf multiple payments hoti hai jb hota hai..... starting ke 3 years mai koi payment nhi...just simple dekhna hai ki 17lakh ki present value after 3 yesrs kitne ke brbar hogi...

This is CVF for the 3 rdyear
In other words future value factor inclusive of Interest
When this would be multiplied with 17lacs we will get future value as ₹2201500
Which has been assumed as Present value for the 4th year for the calculation purpose and rest everything has been explained by respected Sir very nicely.
