A pasta salad that I love is with homemade Italian vinaigrette instead of Mayo or anything and it’s amazing! Chunks of mozzarella, rotini, red onion and shredded carrot So delicious!
I’m not a mayo fan either. For potato salad, I boil some eggs, mash the yolks and mix with olive oil and some salt. The ingredients are almost the same as mayonnaise, but I prefer the taste and I can have extra egg whites (my favorite part) in the salad.
I look for meals that I can manage quickly as well. Despite being able to have been working from home over the past 1.5 months, I find I’m a new kinda busy 🤦♀️
I enjoy budget meals and cooking ahead recipes. My new favorite is FARROW I found Beet & Kale Farrow at my local Ocean State Job Lors store and it is delicious. The paper packages cost more than it I used bulk but I wanted to try it before buying a large amount also I had a discount when Ipurchased it
I am right there with you about wanting to have something already prepped for dinner. I have been looking into what I can make for my family that is WW friendly as well as low cholesterol and diabetic friendly to suit everybody. I have come up with some good breakfast ideas, its just dinner that I'm having problems with.
You're videos are fine...Most if us like watching videos where everything and everyone isn6neat and tidy...Also I'm on the WW Blue plan, so thank you for the SP breakdown of each meal.
Now that we are in lockdown Jim is not working so I prepare a dinner every day. When he worked afternoons I could make healthy WW meals for myself. Now it’s a challenge since he’s not on any weight loss program but slowly I’m getting him to eat a bit healthier ~~~Sandy
Mindy Mom, I just saw you for the first time. You said you were going to make at home the Cincinnati sauce or chil I..It is great. Do y’all have frozen Cincinnati Chili in your freezer section? It is great as a stand alone food. But put it hot over some kind of pasta and it’s amazing. Hope y’all have some.....Thanks for a good video. Dana outside of Dayton, Ohio
I understand! I’ve had to learn to cook in a way that suits be but stuff that my kids will eat either. I’ll be honest, I don’t cater to my husband. He knows better than to question my dinner plan! Lol! But he’s a good sport.
Michelle, this video was made months and months ago, and even if I could remember, I highly recommend calculating points based on the ingredients you end up using. So many things vary according to the brands and substitutions people make in their own kitchens.

Great ideas! If you like vinaigrette, the Good Seasons Italian dressing packet (mixed with oil & ACV) is a great pasta salad option.

I love watching your videos, they are chalked full of great ideas. Could you please tell me how many WW points each of these meals are?

@@SeeMindyMom Thank you so very much for the point update.
Cathy from Australia, do you add any liquid to the chicken breast?
Yummy!
Wish you would give real calorie
And macro counts as well
When you put your chicken in crock do you thaw first? Or do you throw in frozen?
Nope. I do sometimes have to adjust the liquid though when I'm using frozen chicken because it will usually render more water when it cooks.
@@SeeMindyMom oh thats awesome! I've never tried cooking it from frozen like that and I do have some frozen breasts I could use! Thank you!
I bet that taco casserole would be great with a little light sour cream on top 🙂. Thanks for the ideas!
What is that hat??
👍👍
