I’m 59 and have suffered from depression all my adult life. I’m finally on meds that are actually helping significantly. However, the depression driven thinking and behavioral patterns that are so hard to break are still running the show most of the time. In all my years of reading books, going to counseling, and trying various other solutions, I’ve never come across anyone who understands depression as deeply and thoroughly as you do. Your impressive knowledge of the topic and the simple but powerful roadmap for healing you’ve provided are a godsend. Thank you so much for providing all of this. You are a gift 💝!!

Hi Eron - thank you for your kind words and I'm glad you have found the videos helpful. The behavioral and thinking changes as a person improves from depression can be slow, but I always encourage people to just focus on progress and getting "unstuck". I wish you all the best in your efforts to feel better!

Thank you Mr. Nader, I have been regularly listening your videos when driving to office. I am listening for my daughter. She is suffering from depression. Your videos help me to understand the issues and encourage me that there’s some way to deal with depression. I know, my daughter will not listen to your videos, but I will and pass on the crux of it to her so that she could live fulfilling life.

What do you do for people that have true apathy. People that no longer enjoy or feel a significance in what they once did and find nothing they want to explore anymore. A feeling that everything of value has already been done in life.
