as long as you let them release their frustration by catching something from time to time, it should be fine. cats don't catch every bird they see outside either.
@@Dan-dy8zpAnxiety is not quite fear. Anxiety is more like nervousness or some kind of uneasy feeling. I think it's actually easier to understand anxiety if you look up the antonyms of anxiety which is stuff like content, calm, tranquility, etc.
The bird videos for birds work as well. I own a budgie, and when I play videos of birds singing he sings along.

I stopped showing my cats these since I was worried they would develop anxiety over seeing but not able to catch the critters shown on the screen.
I'm not sure anxiety is the word. Anxiety is fear. Frustration?

My cat is nuts make sure any TV is bolted down
Both of my two idiots will sit and watch those for hours. They are idiots but they are my idiots and I love then.
