I've been binge watching relationship/breakup guides for a month now trying to heal my pain but nothing has resonated with me as much as your videos. I ignored all the red flags and continued to chase her hoping i could prove my worth and earn her love.. Now i realise she could never love me because i didn't love myself. Thank you. Can you share your experience from a adult child perspective and being estranged (no contact for 10 years-she is 28 now) from a parent? It’s easier now that im awakened and cut cord but this is my child..my only daughter..i see this emotionally different then romantic..
