Hi Jason, having worked through all of your videos now, I have to say they are most informative and educational. Almost like an on line course! I'm 50 yrs old, self taught and late to bodywork but it's the job I dreamed of when young, although I still ended up in the trade albeit in another capacity. I have a favourite list of paint guys that I like to watch , some of whom I note you like too, I shall add you to that list and eagerly awaiting await more of your videos. Keep up the good work Jason. Regards Barry, Stratford Upon Avon.

Hi Jason. Thank you for the information and most of all the health tip. Thank you for the detailed explanations and thank you for the time to share such valuable knowledge of the trade.

reaperwayne, The best things i have found is to use the proper water trap systems i have three in different parts of the garage a Norgren set up you can see in the videos and i have a 3m triple set in my first workshop and i have a Devilbiss triple set on a stand that i plug into the airline if i have to run an airline to the front of my house, I have tried all sorts of home made setups but they have all failed, the only other thing to note is that water in the compressor is caused by the compressor getting hot, this changes the dew point of the air and boils out the water so keeping good air flow cooling the compressor is always good and a drier element between the compressor pump and the tank is also a plus, hope this helps

I had the same problem, with same size comp, I bought a Sealey water trap for about 23 quid, put 5 meters of airline between the reg on the comp and water trap for the air to cool, works pretty well.

reaperwayne In simple terms, the air needs to be cool when it reaches the water trap, what kind is it?
