What I'm gonna do with my kid is let him watch the first movie in a series, eg, King Fu Panda 1 and not tell him there's a 2, 3, 4. And when he finds out I'm watching it with them then. Cuz i experienced the same with Harry Potter this was mostly due to everything being in dvds back then I watched the first one not knowing there were others, and when I found out my brain exploded like THERES ANOTHER ONE!!??! Everyone saying that movies are bad now just dont watch movies. This year we got oppenheimer, killers of the flower moon, the boy and the heron, across the spiderverse, anatomy of a fall, poor things, may december, john wick 4, barbie, talk to me, joy ride, the holdovers and godzillla minus one. If you only go watch superhero blockbusters you cant be saying movies suck now. 2022 we had banshees of inesherin, the menu, decision to leave, aftersun, close, nope, the northman, everything everywhere all at once, etc.
Yeah I don't listen to old heads who don't wanna go and find good media.
2023 and 2022 also has more good movies that i forgot to mention, like theatre camp, fallen leaves, guardians 3, monster, the iron claw, bullet train(more of a fun movie), tár etc. Like how can you say movies are bad now.

This is exactly why I decided to join and eventually become a leader of the album club at my school. Once a week a random person is pick from the club to choose an album they want to share with other people. We come back the next week discussing our thoughts on the and it and general music discussion. This is also why I go for most chances I get to put someone on to music or get put on I try to make it happen. Because if it’s important to me that if someone want to express their love for music in a similar way to me it must be extremely important and valuable to them. Music is art and I’m extremely passionate about art so I try to best to express my love for it. So if you’re reading this far and you really wanna express your love for an artist, please tell me in the replies. I love hearing people talk about music they love. Partly because I know what that feels like to want to show people artists I like. So please put me on to some heat.

37:02 DEADASSSS. my best friend invited me to my first concert with migos and Gucci Mane and it was ASS! we had to wait between sessions with background rap music in the background. i swear the only time we had fun was when the dj didnt read the crowd right and played mexican music and we wild out, just us. everyone else standing with their henny and cognac. i told my friend "you want a real concert experience?" took him to a dubstep venue and had way more fun.

I genuinely get anxiety trying to pick something to watch… when Dontai uploads I automatically know what I’m about to watch. It’s annoying because my favorite UA-camrs are slowing down on the content and that leaves me stressed.
There’s never a lack of talent in the industry, you just have to be a little more pro active to find it. I personally haven’t listened to any new rap music in the last 2-3 years but I acknowledge that it’s not because it’s all the same but because I wanted a bit more variety. I listen to most genres now but I know that if you think rap is stale, you’re just not looking hard enough.
