I hope my man Prograis has been working on his slow feet. I don't think he will be able to catch up with Haney with that slow, bad footwork. One punch at a time trying to hit the lottery won't work for him.

You can definitely tell that Regis knows nothing about boxing. He’s talking about a person hitting a heavy bag needs to look like he’s strong with power.
