5:15 There was no need for our Karnataka police to speak in Telugu, I had some situation when I visited Hyderabad and The HYD police never spoke to me in Kannada he only knew Telugu and Urdu mixed Hindi 🙁😡 Only other state people get support services in there language but when we visit outside of Karnataka we need to adopt to there language and cultures, which migrants don’t do this in Bangalore.

I would like to narrate this one incident. I lost my very important card and had to file a police report to get another card made, so i went to the Indiranagar police station which is the closest police station from my home. There the police officers helped me download the app to register the complaint and were there standing and guiding me throughout the process of filing this online report and left for their patrolling or some sort of other duty only when my complain was filed. This was my first hand experience of filing a police complaint and i can say that Bengaluru police have raised the bar of what to expect from policemen. Also as i am new to Bengaluru hence i dont know Kannada which the policemen understood and conversed with me in their broken Hindi and English which was the best they could and helped me out.
There is no immediate response. You will have to provide details in the FIR and you will get a message with updates on the tracking of the list phone. This again depends upon the model of the mobile phone, and how smart the thief is with technology. Hope this helps.

Today morning 7/2/25 i called 112 for help regarding theft in Electronics City Bengaluru. Police arrived after 15 minutes and took our photo and asked us to go to electronic City Police station. We went there but the officials are saying that that area doesn't belong to them and asked us to go to Parappana Agrahara police station. We went there but the officials of that station are saying that its not our jurisdiction and asked us to go to Electronic City police station.So we want again to Electronic City police station but official asked us why did you come here? Now i want clarification that is Electronic city bus stand situated outside of Karnataka?
I don't think the Hoysala is usefull, Recently a gold chain was stolen from a Janapriya Bharat conclave, there were only husband and wife in the house, both of them were senior citizens and do not have any children. My friend who knew them called me and asked me to go to the apartment as my friend was out of station. When I reached their home they explained what has happened and told that they have a doubt on house maid. We called Hoysala as both of them were senior citizens and can't walk or come to police station to give complaint. The Hoysala came in 15 to 20 min, they asked what as happened and noted down it in a dairy and asked us to go to police station and register complaint, If a senior citizen with health issues have to go to police station to register complaint, then why we need Hoysala?

We really appreciate what Bangalore police are doing but these isn’t enough we fell, now a days girls are not all felling safe to travel in auto and cabs even if it’s still 10pm, my friend very recently had these issues she had taken an auto at 9.30 pm he was very unsafe and even asked her number. If I say there are lot which I have heard in even bad than these but it’s no use no one cares, I have noticed my self in nights the auto details which will be stuck inside the auto will not match the driver who’s driving , especially night some idiots rogues take autos of there friends or fathers he wont even have license he will drive drunk and mis behaviour with ladies. Why can’t cops do everyday random checks on auto and see if everything is correct with the driver if they do these obviously auto drivers will be scared when driving where cops will be there and would check, coming to next is eve teaser who stand near college and PG and tease girls when they see cops they will hide, especially near Ramiah college where students study and work willl come to there PG at 11 and all loafers will be drunk and teasing misbehaving with girls. Cops can come in colour dress and see only then they catch hold of them, there are many cases like these where we feel un secure to send our sisters and mothers out and coz of these fear we are pulling out there freedom life to. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. But I'd once reported a case of domestic abuse and they were present at the location in under 15 minutes. So yeah, they work. Just because it didn't work in a handful of cases, doesn't mean they're useless.

I had given complaint on 50+ two wheelers doing wheeling and causing so much of rash and negligence driving and causing issues for other transport vehicles on Nh75, hoskote to kr puram there was a around 50+ bikes doing wheeling on both lane in front of Avalahalli police station and sound of broken silencers were heard in the stations, but the police asked where is this act going on😂😂😂 pathetic the rules seems not to be applicable to certain set of people😅😅

I have called 112 they do nothing the police person tell me he is in Whitefield that I need to tell him my location ( yes you heard it right they don’t even know your location ) and after telling my location he is like there is too much traffic I can’t come anyways you are not in the line of fire so please just go home .

I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
But I'd once reported a case of domestic abuse and they were present at the location in under 15 minutes.
So yeah, they work. Just because it didn't work in a handful of cases, doesn't mean they're useless.
