Notice how at 5:00 when going between the 3 different default modes, some of which have different zoom settings, the zoom does not change. One of many issues I have been having with my solo xtreme and tactacm support has been unable to address so far. You guys should also consider including in a video for the solo xtreme how to set up each of the 3 color modes for customization. And I'm not talking how to control with custom settings through the app at that moment. But instead using the app to set what each color mode does when using the camera only through the buttons, while hunting. Just like the xtreme is advertised as being able to do, but you'll find out is unable to actually do. Really need a firmware update soon, Tactacam....
I ordered my solo and 6.0 two weeks ago got everything except my zoom lens for solo. Then jsut ordered another solo extreme last night have a bun cvc of other models also lol
Got mine. Easy to get connected through the wifi and the app. However, the app does not save custom settings for each mode into the camera. For example, trying to get the light blue slo-mo mode to turn the camera onto 720p, 120 fps, and 8X zoom. Disconnect from the app and turn the camera on in light blue mode, and it records in 3X zoom. Suggest that you update the app and issue a firmware update for the camera before every new owner is as disappointed as I am.
i have tried at least 50 times to connect following your directions to a T. I have an iPhone 14 and it will not connect. I tried my wife's iPhone 13 and it worked fine, so its not the camera. what do i need to change for settings on my iPhone 14 to connect and use this camera? thanks!
Why won’t mine connect with my iPhone, It’s not a year old and my iPhone 14 is brand new. I go through all the steps till it says connect and a could not connect to internet keeps popping up. What’s wrong?

I just got the solo xtreme but the red dot is not showing, i am not satisfied with this product, i charged my battery full and tried it this morning but the battery was dead, the red dot overlay it doesnt work and i cant even see the red dot on the playback videos and it doesnt let me see the live video, for 200 its not worth it.
Well it’s time to write my review on my tactacam solo Xtreme camera It has been nothing but a pain in in the ass My friend bought it from scheels in Colorado Brought it to me It had never been opened It was missing a charging block and a charger cord Next I got a cord and charged it Attached it to my beretta A400 Tried it out the next morning Nothing it kept disconnecting and shutting off So I sent it back to tactacam on warranty Now tactacam is trying to have fedx charge me to ship it back to me Well when it arrives here I’m going to tell the Fed-X man to send it right back to tactacam and they can dammed well refund my friends credit card for the the junk they are trying to pawn off On people Do not purchase a tactacam solo Xtreme camera tactacam is a bunch of crooks in my solid opinion

Tried on both my personal android phone and company iPhone.... Same issue with each.
Yeah i returned the camera same issues i should of save 300 more for a shotkam

So Tactacam dosn't have bluetooth. What is I dosnt have wifi?
How can i calibrate the red dot in solo extreme ? Wnd is there a way to shot the video as per motion and do not keep the cam recording all the time?
Why doesn't blackout mode work when using app to control camera? Will blackout mode work with the remote?

Can you turn your camera on by your phone
You can record using your phone, but the camera must be on first and connected to your phone
These cameras are terrible waste of money
I keep holding down the mode/wifi button but the little blue light won’t come on and the vibrations won’t happen I’m confused on what to do

Same red dot issue with mine too. Hopefully they issue a firmware update soon.
