I actually want to start journaling now! I am intrigued by the “what would make today great” prompt. Kind of like mini scripting and setting the intentions for the day.
It is so freaking weird because I've been seeing the number 777 alot lately. Especially after a close family member dying this week. It hurts but I know it's a part of my journey that I'm on. One of the things keep telling me is to write a book but I get nervous about that. So a friend told me to start journaling and I only realized today that I'm going to start doing that and all of a sudden. I get this notification. The universe is constantly giving me signs to push forward with my life's journey and you have definitely propelled that forward. All of them! Im gonna start journaling but not the dream part. Because when i tried dream journaling a couple months ago i was so obsessed with remembering my dreams, i had a really hard time falling asleep. This woman has changed my life. I've always been somewhat spiritual and have believed in the power that we have to change our own lives, via mindset, vibration, frequency, etc. But something has held me back from entirely trusting and believing it the divine power of the Universe. There's always been doubt, a wedge that says, "it's just not possible that we all have a purpose. It's just not possible that 'everything happens for a reason'. From an outsiders perspective, us 'spiritual' folk must look deluded and crazy." But Leeor gave me the last push I needed to trust my gut. I watched one of her videos when I decided to stop consuming alcohol and I resonated with everything she said. I said a prayer aloud to the Universe myself that night: from this moment onward I will wholeheartedly trust. I would surrender. Since then, I have never looked back. My entire mindset is transform. I trust in everything. I have so, so much faith and with that is coming so many beautiful things. My anxiety and physical pain, once controlling my entire life, is dissipating every single day. I owe Leeor my life. LITERALLY.
1. Act of kindness I committed today: opened the door for a lady at Dunkin’ Donuts. She said I was sweet and that I didn’t have to, but I wanted to. 2. Memorable part of the day: going to my Zumba class. I haven’t done zumba in years and it felt so great to get back out there. 3. Gratitude: I’m grateful for life, I’m grateful for air, for water, for nature, for the moon, for rain and thunder, and definitely for love. I also noticed after you say “keep your vibrations way way up” then you say bye you giggle. You remind me of me lol. ❤️

Everyday I do my journaling. I used to do for manifestation and Gratitude, but I realized that my gratitude journaling is so much powerful that I even stopped my manifestation journaling. I feel like my gratitude has manifested so much wonderful things and I do have the courage to say that my life is now extraordinary. This questions Leeor suggested for sure are in my mind now. I write down seven things I am gratiful for, seven just because is a important number for me. first I write : "I am so gratiful for my extraordinary life. I live with joy and love in my heart . All is perfect. " And than I continue to do with the othes six topics. My topics are: Life, Health, Relationships, abundance, money, (free topic) and I give thanks for the signs that I recive from the universe. The "free topic" you can put what ever your gratiful for. But remember that you can be gratiful for something do do not have YET. An exemple you could put that your gratiful for you extraordinary body, or job, or any thing that you want to have. Give thanks to It before it happends speeds the manifestation. Doing this every day create a new way of thinking in your mind, because you are gratiful for the same things every day, so you atract more of it. And just by being gratiful you make your life fill it self with magic. I hope it was helpfull! Any question I might have, just send me and will be my pleasure to help! Ok ok ok I have been journaling for over 30yrs. The difference in what I've done and following your method will keep me focused on JOY. Joy is more sustainable and is an inner rather than an outer state of being. Joy can still be maintained during difficult and tumultuous times. No more journaling my old way! Thanks Love

I have been having anxiety attacks and last week was the worst of it all, I found refuge in journaling for the things I cannot control and say out loud even to the closest people around me. Journaling is the 4th Spiritual Foundation of my Power Attunements program. In my program I have them journal not just the happy things but the patterns of resistance we all have. The exercises in Power Attunements help bring suppressed traumas and programming to the surface and it’s experienced in the body or emotions ad a discomfort .. journalling these experiences and patterns helps people recognize their patterns of resistance and then in the 5th Treasure they learn how to recognize, embrace and release. up 5:30 AM?? Good for you!!! I’m up around 7:09 but I do a cold plunge for 3 minutes upon waking.. most of my journaling happens in the evening... thank you for this information
OMG THE FIRST PROMPT. I always pride myself in my kindness but other than telling my friends I love them.. I hardly even remember the last time I went out of my way for somebody. Perfect. I fell out with journaling a while back and replaced it with creative writing instead so this is amaaaazing to help me get back into it! THANK YOU AS ALWAYS MY QUEEEEN
I usually journal to release any worries or fears that I have but I also journal when I feel good. It’s almost like the journal is my friend. It listens. Whether good or bad, that’s irrelevant. It makes me feel heard by my guides, angels and the universe 🥰🥰 but I will definitely adopt the prompts you’ve shared. Haven’t tried it yet but I know they’ll be very effective 💕💕💕
I’m def going to implement writing about my acts of kindness each day. Think that’s so selfless and forces us to focus on how we’re of help to someone else. I’ve been writing an entire page of gratitude every morning for the last two years and I write out affirmations that are geared towards setting intention for the day. It really helps.
The prompt that spoke to me the most was the "What would make today great?" because constantly I'm just contemplating about the things i need to do, and when I do that i realize that half of the day has gone by and i haven't done much at all. But I feel as I continue my journaling process and now including this prompt as well with others that i will truly find and incorporate something into my day that will make it great no matter how big or small!
You must cast everything that keeps you stuck to the ground, ensnared. To do so, even if it's not that easy, you should ignore your current reality that makes you have negativity in your mind. Wear blinders , stop to listen to media, breaking news, fear mongers. Try to meditate, take time for it. Try to find a place where you can be quiet and meditate on how you could be more positive, what kind of things could make you more positive. Maybe listening to a music you like, to eat something good, a cake. Little things, drink your coffee in mindfulness for example in thinking of homeless people who can't have a place to live or enough food to eat. It's important sometimes to compare our personal life to that of others who are destitute in order to feel gratitude for the day to live, in being healthy if it's the case because anyway one day or another we will die, we will quit this dimension to another one perhaps. That's why it's essential not to be too much attached to the circumstances of the reality. They will disappear one day and other ones will transpire. Scripting has been such an important role in my manifestation journey! It is such a cathartic experience and it also allows you to let go of attachment quicker because you almost leave your desires there on the paper for the universe to work on! ☺️🙏🏼 thanks Leeor 💖
so I wanted to come here and say some stuff. I started journaling just after you uploaded this video but I struggled SO MUCH because I was trying to do it exactly like you. I realised that the order of the prompts didn't make any sense to me 😂 so I switched it up: what would make today great (which I respond in the morning), what could have made today better, most memorable moment, 3 things I'm grateful for (3 in the morning and 3 in the night), I added "how did I take care of myself today" cause I struggle with putting my thoughts into practice, and finally the act of kindness. I also chose to add a little comment about the day if I wanted to. I realised I don't have to do things like you cause they don't work for me, but as I adapted it to my personal needs, I understood what journaling is really about. and for that I am immensely grateful! you inspired me to do it. so thank you. i usually don't comment on stuff but I figured I'm not the only one who might have struggled with trying to "copy" you. anyway, have a lovely day! :) lots of love 💘

2 things have been happening for me recently... 1 i've been waking up early again (~6am) and been looking to develop good night + (especially) morning routines to enhance this new lifestyle i'm building 2 been wanting to develop a journalling routine that works for me, that is specific (not vague like automatic writing, and that takes a small amount of time THIS IS PERFECT tysm in perfect timing too ♡♡♡

I LOVE THIS VIDEO LEEOR! So much personal insight, clarity, peace of mind and mental clarity can be gained from Journaling. I personally do gratitude journaling, dream journaling and stream of consciousness journaling which allows me to write out all of my thoughts. 👍 It is the therapy of the soul!🧘♂️🧘♀️ It has enabled me to become so much more compassionate towards the people in my life and towards myself. I have been journaling for over 7 years!✨ My spiritual awakening has enabled me to feel so connected to the world and truly get to know myself. When I go out of my comfort zone, the answers are manifested in my encounters with people. This video influenced me to get put of my comfort zone so I decided to change my environment. Find a new adventure. So I started small, I learned to take the bus to downtown and shop rather than driving. While on the bus I was journaling my feelings of how I felt inadequate, and I was being harsh on myself on loved ones that I tend to neglect myself and others. And how I didn't know where to start with enjoying being alone. Well after I got off, I was running late to my second stop so I was sprinting up hill. While running, there was this old small woman limping with a cane and heavy luggage. I couldn't help but to stop. I am only 16, and this was something scary for me because I am a girl and randomly chose for today to learn a new life skill. When I stopped I talked to her an old woman in a environment I did not know. I offered her to carry her luggage for her. She allowed me to carry her heavy luggage uphill she limped with a knee injury. She had such a positive attitude about her circumstance. She was probably someone's mother, grandparent. But she was homeless, I didn't want to ignore her and make her late to the bus stop so I thought, why not help her? I have nothing to lose because I am lost as well and I'm not in a hurry. So instead I walked side by side with her. She began talking about the weather and how much her knee injury makes her look like she's aging joking around. She was smiling and laughing. She told me about her life experiences. She was alone and i didn't want to leave her. I walked side by side with that woman listening to her talk as if she was my grandma. My conversation with that woman I will forever remember. It's almost as if the universe sent her to come across in my path. She was so optimistic. She told me the story of how she injured her knee, and said she couldn't afford urgent care so she was stuck with a cane. And she was chuckling about it. Like wow!, and then it hit me. The answer to my question. To treat life with gratitude. Making the best out of any situation I knew how hurt she was, but she didn't let it impact her outlook on her situation. She was telling me that her luggage was all the she owned. And that when she makes it, and has a place to live, she won't have to carry the luggage everywhere. She told me life stories and was so sweet and compassionate. Her outlook and attitude made my whole day. Today I spent my time after in the bus journaling about that encounter. It made me think of how being harsh on myself does not serve me. While I may have conflict, I will always have something to have gratitude for. That woman exemplified the attitude that I aspire to adopt. Her attitude and outlook on life inspired me to continue to do good. After, when I came across a homeless man on the way to buy clothes. I realized thatthe clothes I wanted were not in store. So i walked to the man, and handed him $15. I usually pass by these people ignoring them. Which is bad I know. But sometimes it's important for me to acknowledge that people have their own lives. They have stories and wisdom to share but can't, because people are less likely to listen due to their circumstance. It's crazy how one good deed can create a chain reaction of even more good deeds

I journal a lot, so adding more prompts feels tiring. BUT the ones about what would or would've make my day better is perfect for where I am right now. Ia m trying to figure out what makes me actually happy and this also serves as a reminder to actually do the things that make us feel better. This will help me to create the life I want to live!

I usually journal to release any worries or fears that I have but I also journal when I feel good. It’s almost like the journal is my friend. It listens. Whether good or bad, that’s irrelevant. It makes me feel heard by my guides, angels and the universe 🥰🥰 but I will definitely adopt the prompts you’ve shared. Haven’t tried it yet but I know they’ll be very effective 💕💕💕
I’m def going to implement writing about my acts of kindness each day. Think that’s so selfless and forces us to focus on how we’re of help to someone else. I’ve been writing an entire page of gratitude every morning for the last two years and I write out affirmations that are geared towards setting intention for the day. It really helps.

The prompt that spoke to me the most was the "What would make today great?" because constantly I'm just contemplating about the things i need to do, and when I do that i realize that half of the day has gone by and i haven't done much at all. But I feel as I continue my journaling process and now including this prompt as well with others that i will truly find and incorporate something into my day that will make it great no matter how big or small!
I need to reintroduce positivity, I’m paralyzed a lot this year.

You must cast everything that keeps you stuck to the ground, ensnared. To do so, even if it's not that easy, you should ignore your current reality that makes you have negativity in your mind. Wear blinders , stop to listen to media, breaking news, fear mongers. Try to meditate, take time for it. Try to find a place where you can be quiet and meditate on how you could be more positive, what kind of things could make you more positive. Maybe listening to a music you like, to eat something good, a cake. Little things, drink your coffee in mindfulness for example in thinking of homeless people who can't have a place to live or enough food to eat.
It's important sometimes to compare our personal life to that of others who are destitute in order to feel gratitude for the day to live, in being healthy if it's the case because anyway one day or another we will die, we will quit this dimension to another one perhaps. That's why it's essential not to be too much attached to the circumstances of the reality. They will disappear one day and other ones will transpire.

so I wanted to come here and say some stuff. I started journaling just after you uploaded this video but I struggled SO MUCH because I was trying to do it exactly like you. I realised that the order of the prompts didn't make any sense to me 😂 so I switched it up: what would make today great (which I respond in the morning), what could have made today better, most memorable moment, 3 things I'm grateful for (3 in the morning and 3 in the night), I added "how did I take care of myself today" cause I struggle with putting my thoughts into practice, and finally the act of kindness. I also chose to add a little comment about the day if I wanted to. I realised I don't have to do things like you cause they don't work for me, but as I adapted it to my personal needs, I understood what journaling is really about. and for that I am immensely grateful! you inspired me to do it. so thank you. i usually don't comment on stuff but I figured I'm not the only one who might have struggled with trying to "copy" you. anyway, have a lovely day! :)

2 things have been happening for me recently...
1 i've been waking up early again (~6am) and been looking to develop good night + (especially) morning routines to enhance this new lifestyle i'm building
2 been wanting to develop a journalling routine that works for me, that is specific (not vague like automatic writing, and that takes a small amount of time

I LOVE THIS VIDEO LEEOR! So much personal insight, clarity, peace of mind and mental clarity can be gained from Journaling. I personally do gratitude journaling, dream journaling and stream of consciousness journaling which allows me to write out all of my thoughts. 👍 It is the therapy of the soul!🧘♂️🧘♀️ It has enabled me to become so much more compassionate towards the people in my life and towards myself. I have been journaling for over 7 years!✨

When I go out of my comfort zone, the answers are manifested in my encounters with people. This video influenced me to get put of my comfort zone so I decided to change my environment. Find a new adventure. So I started small, I learned to take the bus to downtown and shop rather than driving. While on the bus I was journaling my feelings of how I felt inadequate, and I was being harsh on myself on loved ones that I tend to neglect myself and others. And how I didn't know where to start with enjoying being alone. Well after I got off, I was running late to my second stop so I was sprinting up hill. While running, there was this old small woman limping with a cane and heavy luggage. I couldn't help but to stop. I am only 16, and this was something scary for me because I am a girl and randomly chose for today to learn a new life skill. When I stopped I talked to her an old woman in a environment I did not know. I offered her to carry her luggage for her. She allowed me to carry her heavy luggage uphill she limped with a knee injury. She had such a positive attitude about her circumstance. She was probably someone's mother, grandparent. But she was homeless, I didn't want to ignore her and make her late to the bus stop so I thought, why not help her? I have nothing to lose because I am lost as well and I'm not in a hurry. So instead I walked side by side with her. She began talking about the weather and how much her knee injury makes her look like she's aging joking around. She was smiling and laughing. She told me about her life experiences. She was alone and i didn't want to leave her. I walked side by side with that woman listening to her talk as if she was my grandma. My conversation with that woman I will forever remember. It's almost as if the universe sent her to come across in my path. She was so optimistic. She told me the story of how she injured her knee, and said she couldn't afford urgent care so she was stuck with a cane. And she was chuckling about it. Like wow!, and then it hit me. The answer to my question. To treat life with gratitude. Making the best out of any situation
I knew how hurt she was, but she didn't let it impact her outlook on her situation. She was telling me that her luggage was all the she owned. And that when she makes it, and has a place to live, she won't have to carry the luggage everywhere. She told me life stories and was so sweet and compassionate. Her outlook and attitude made my whole day. Today I spent my time after in the bus journaling about that encounter. It made me think of how being harsh on myself does not serve me. While I may have conflict, I will always have something to have gratitude for. That woman exemplified the attitude that I aspire to adopt. Her attitude and outlook on life inspired me to continue to do good. After, when I came across a homeless man on the way to buy clothes. I realized thatthe clothes I wanted were not in store. So i walked to the man, and handed him $15. I usually pass by these people ignoring them. Which is bad I know. But sometimes it's important for me to acknowledge that people have their own lives. They have stories and wisdom to share but can't, because people are less likely to listen due to their circumstance. It's crazy how one good deed can create a chain reaction of even more good deeds

I journal a lot, so adding more prompts feels tiring. BUT the ones about what would or would've make my day better is perfect for where I am right now. Ia m trying to figure out what makes me actually happy and this also serves as a reminder to actually do the things that make us feel better. This will help me to create the life I want to live!

These tips and props are so great! I journal every day and lately I’ve been doing it more to help myself get through some stressful feelings. It’s so therapeutic.
