Just a question. If an applicant has previous health issue but was already treated and the applicant is already healthy, do you think it is ok to mention to the recruiter that the reason for leaving a previous job involves health conditions?

I just had my interview this afternoon and they asked me this question..
I answered them with honesty that my old company terminated my contract because the company is not doing well due to covid 19 and i said that it's ok for me and i understand their reason for terminating my contract and i also said that everything is a learning experience (i learned it from one of your videos)😊 i want to ask you if the answer that i gave to them is ok or not?,i hope you reply to my question thank you po ma'am lyqa
Hi Ms. Lyqa, if halimbawa stress yung nagtrigger sayo to resign how you will be able to answer that question without saying bad things to your previous job

to answer this question, pwede po b ito: I love my previous work but it demands too much of my time as in 24/7, like a doctor and man in uniform that always in red alert. (how can i improve this answer?)
Hi mam.I just want some suggestions regarding this interview question. I want to be honest to this question. The reason why I leave my job is because of this covid virus. Is it necessary to say this? After I tell my reason I could add some positive intentions as to why I leave my job. Example, I quit because I was confused at that time and I want to look forward to my physical and mental health. I do some online study to be able to enhance my communication skills something like that Is my reason acceptable? Thank you for your tips😊

Coach, ganun din kaya ang employer pagtumawag sa kanila ung inaaplayan mo na new company? Hindi rin ba sila magsasabi ng ng hindi maganda sa dati nila empleyado.
Coach pwede ko kaya tong i sagot I enjoy working ok abc company for the past 3 yrs and i am staring to feel like i need some new challenges where i can do more thats why im looking for a new position to your company to take more challenges new learning experience to grow and to be more

Coach pano sasagutin kung tinanggal sa kumpanya dahil sa violation.😶..
Paano po kapag mag reresign ka dahil may ginagawang immoral yung employer mo at hindi aligned sa personal values mo yung ginagawa ng management?
For example, yung boss ko na Chinese mainlander, mahilig hindi mag bayad ng tamang amount kahit wala namang kulang na deliverable at may contrata sa mga suppliers
Or ayaw mag bayad ng tama sa mga contractual staff
Hello po Ma'am Lyqa what if yung last job nyo po is ayaw mag issue ng COE sa inyo dinadahilan po nila is hndi pa tpos yung clearance wla nmn po akong liabilities and naka pag turn over nmn po ako ng maayos bago mag resign. Legal po ba yung ginagawa nila na dinadahilan nila yung clearance ngayong nag labas ng memo yung DOLE about 3 days releast ng COE. Almost 2 months na po ako yung nag resign ako sa company hanggang ngayon hndi pa tpos. and what if na hired na po ako sa company na inaapplyan ko tpos nirequired nila yung COE possible po bang di nila tuloy yung pag hire sakin? sana masagot nyo po tong tanong ko salamat po

Madalas po kasing itanong saken bakit for more than 2 years di ako nag work lagi ko naman pong sinasabi na I got pregnant tapos nag alaga po ako ng baby. Nung tinanong sa akin ito ang sabi ko kasi ayoko maging kasabwat sa isang masamang gawain ng isang katrabaho namin so i decided na magresign. Tapos tinanong niya kung sino, ang sabi ko na i dont think i have the right to mention her kasi wala sya rito to defend herself tsaka baka mag apply sya sa inyo, ayokong makasira. Ayun na hired nman ako. Hehehe..

Hi Maam. Good evening. May I kindly ask if possible you could help me. It would be a great help. Regarding about the question " why did you leave ur last job?" May negative impact po ba yung sa case ko po kasi I resigned due to family crisis. My family experience financial circumstances and wala nah akong ibang naisip na solution kundi to resign. In order to cover , and to solve the financial problem that we have my best solution is to get it from my separation/final pay. I had a wonderful competetive job actually for over 10yrs in a bank, but unfortunately this happened where I think the better solution. Now, I am looking for the best statement how could I defend and deliver in a positive way when ask about why I leave my previous job. Hope you will notice my comment Maam. Hoping for ur kind assistance. Thank you.

To answer that question i will tell you straight forward that it is because of the compensation, from my current company i earned as same as your company's base salary but from what I've heard from the people who had work here is that i can benefit more with night differential and cash incentives. And also has 2 days off a week so i can have more time with family as well. And with this current situation my family's safety is my main concern and i'm glad that this industry offer's a work from home setup.
