Hi Coach, I passed last August 2019 CSC prof level. And last July, nag resign po ako. 1 yr din ako sa Company, ngayon po, I am trying to apply for any Government Agencies. I am working on my resume and thank you for your tips. Coach, need pa ba ilagay ang Character Reference sa Resume? Sa resume nyo po kasi parang wala pong Character Reference? Thank you po.

Coach lyqa, paano naman kung yung nag iinterview nag bigay ng isang scenario? paano po ikaw sasagutin ng maayos? i mean paano mo po siya mapapasok ng maayos yung magiging sagot mo?

Hello Coach lyqa pwede ba yung weakness mo na isasagot sa interview is d ka masyadong magaling sa computer i mean yung hindi ka talaga proficient like sa ms word, excel or powerpoint. Sana po ma notice nyo. Thank you

Hi Miss Lyqa Maravilla! 😊 How should I address you po? hehe I watched some of your tips 2 hours before my phone call interview, kind of cramming kasi di ako nag expect for an interview kasi November 2021 pa ako nagsubmit ng resume tapos nung March 4, 2022 pa lang ako tinawagan but got complimented somehow at the end of the interview. May gusto lang po ako itanong based sa mga tinanong din sa akin.
1. If it's okay for me to work on Sunday? (kasi she asked me about my religion) and answered the HR na hindi kasi I firmly believe na if it's Sunday para kay Lord 'yun and gusto ko po sana sabihin din na it's something na I don't really want to compromise.
2. Bakit ba nagtatanong ang mga interviewers kung nag apply ka sa ibang company? and ano po dapat isagot dun?
3. If I am willing to work on a night shift kasi mining company po 'yun tapos babae ako. What should I respond kapag natanong ako ulit nito kapag may interview na naman?
4. If di masyado cleared yung line niya tapos kahit nakikinig ka naman pero wala kang maintindihan, paano ko po ba sasabihin? Kasi during sa phone call interview ko, sinasabi ko lang na "Ma'am?" parang sa pagsalita ko nyan, I mean na ulitin niya yung tanong tapos what if po na laging hingi clear yung linya niya 😔 kasi yan nangyari sa akin tapos nahihiya ako kasi di ko alam ano dapat sabihin tas minsan di ko na alam isasagot ko sa tanong kasi hindi ko naintindihan.

2. Tinatanong ng interviewer qng my inapplyan kang iba kc bka "2nd choice m lng" cla,
Tip: Wag m sasabhin n nag apply k s iba, kc iisipin nla bka m-hire k s iba, iwanan m cla, gnun po un.
3. Tinatanung sau qng willing k mag night shift kc babae k, bka d k comfortable s gabi, alam m n dalikado mag byahe ang babae s gabi, qng ok nman sau sbi m nlng, "I'm open to work anytime."
4. Pag ndi m naintindhan ung tanung sbhin m lng "Pardon?"
Hi Maam Lyqa, i dont know if its related na to dahil nasa abroad mother ko. Madalas po kasi natatanong sakin if may plan daw po ba ko sumunod sa mother ko or if possible ba daw for me to work abroad. What should I answer po ba?

Try mo assure Sa kanila Na wala kang plan mag abroad tho andun mom mo . sabihin mo na you prefer to be in the comfort of your home together with your family. Pero uplift din ung work ni mom mo Na inspiration sya . you look up to her pero you prefer to stay . hehe
