      bro c'mon most of the things that he said are normal af everybody already know it , like waking up to exercise and having a morning routine those are most basic things that I've heard on a regular

  • @itsmichaelmai
    @itsmichaelmai Рік тому +241

    1. Waking up at a proper normal time usually between 6 to 9 A.M
    2. Taking care of regular morning stuff such as showering, brushing your teeth, grooming, shaving, and having breakfast
    3. Regular nighttime stuff before going to bed, including washing your face, having a skincare routine, and getting stuff ready for the next day.
    4. Dedicate one hour of the day for exercise
    5. Dedicate one hour of the day for a new skill or project
    6. Spend the rest of the day doing things you enjoy such as hanging out with friends, cooking food, watching Netflix, and browsing the internet.

      Well said. A man is not born, rather made by a collection of accumulating habits over a period of time. He should contain skills and experience, and be willing to do what he needs to do, instead of what he wants to do. That's how a Boy becomes a man. Responsibilities change you for the better

    Literally, just wake up early everyday around 6-8 am, hygiene care, execise, go outside, eat a healthy high-protein diet, and sleep around 10-11 pm everyday. Just do these and you already have a high quality routine and slowly add some creative and productive habits such as reading or meditating.
    And just be consistent on it.
    I wish you all the best, we all shall be a better version of ourselves.
    Keep going kings & queens.

      "I do not fear the man who has practiced 10000 punches once, I fear the man who practiced one punch 10000 times."
      Doing the small things right and routinely immediately puts you at a massive advantage in life and sets you up to better handle the big things that happen only occasionally.

    Brothers. I haven’t been able to lay my head on the same pillow for more than two weeks in over a year. I’ve been in a new country every few weeks and deployed with the military. I cannot tell you how much I miss having the option to follow a routine. Do not take it for granted. I am weary and fatigued but almost home. Not having a routine will keep you tired, lazy, and depressed. Thanks for the videos on point. Giving me so much to look forward too once I’m home.

    • @thefaceofmankind
      @thefaceofmankind Рік тому

      @@llamaboy6374 firstly you need to fix time of when you sleep and then when you'll wake up like i wake up at 7 sometimes 6 and i sleep between 10 or 11 atleast 7 hours of sleep is must
      Then, you need to decide all the must do things like brushing teeth, going school, bathing, workout, hobby and if your learning something like I'm learning japanese and etc
      Then organize everything on a correct time according to yourself, i prefer giving every task a little bit more time like 10 to 20 minutes extra so you would have to worry too much about time like my Japanese practice usually take 30 minutes but I've given it 1 hours so that I can easily complete it in time without being in a hurry
      I use notes app on my phone for my daily routine

    I think that a week routine would be better than a daily, since this doesn't really leave any "fun" time, its all just work but in different fonts. Working out 3-5 times a week is enough, building your side project 3-5 hours in a week should also be enough. I feel like this type of lifestyle would lead a lot of people to an eventual burnout.

      Im not an expert but, id say wait for like a year and dont shave. Let it grow, maybe trim occasionally for aesthetics. You could try derma roller on ur face, it creates way for new follicles. Also very importantly,do things to boost your testosterone cuz that is the main hormone thats gonna trigger growths like facial hair, muscles and shoulders etc (except for genetics ofc)

      Having a set daily routine is extremely important to get stuff done efficiently. Stop being a lazy loser. Working out regularly meaning following a schedule is the key to building an aesthetic physique. Also having a good skin revolves being consistent (daily) in skincare. You will never reach your goals if you only do what you feel like doing. There will always be someone who does what you didn’t want to do and surpass you in every way.
