Some of us are quite knowledgeable, some are novices to rocks and ore processing, so your thoughts are important, but maybe not as detailed as many of us would like. For this reason I would appreciate either very clear still photos of your ore samples at the end or hold the samples still as you are discussing them. By the time your camera focuses on the sample you spin them around so the details I"m looking for cannot be seen or you change the distance between the camera and sample, and they are, again, out of focus. Some of these samples look very promising, some, not so. So, for me, it was a little frustrating to watch. You've got some good stuff here, possibly, so I wish I could have made a better evaluation from my own perspective. Thanks for posting your findings . . . love to see the assay results.
I was lying in bed last night thinking I need to produce a video about what free gold really is, how it's defined by the gold industry, how panning warps the perspective of the public, and what influence reality TV has on the general public. I'll probably do it here today actually.
So did u get gold?
Sample 12 looks like a winner to me too! Very interesting!

Very first specimen looks like rhyolite...? if it is a large vuggy area look for beryl, topaz, tourmaline
Whether the assay shows gold or not those are wall worthy specimens.

We appreciate the feedback! I've passed it along to Kyle. We should have some results by next Wednesday.
Thanks for your input! I will have some closeups and magnification using a digital microscope here soon..
I would second that. Also if you can show any free gold and explain the surrounding mineralization that would be great. Thanks!
