Indeed. I got late to them, but never visited Finland?! They were meant to this year, but...
Saw them opening for Hammerfall, never heard of them before but became an instant fan. To me it's part of the magic: they seem to have so much fun playing that you can't help but sing along. Hammerfall did an excellent show that day (they always do) but they were far more impressive. Twice I saw them since, they grew even more epic each time
In my opinion the best new song of 2020!

Whenever this nightmare ends of COVID, I hope they make it to the states. I need to see them.
Once every few years or so I accidentally stumble upon a band that impacts my life and burns its place in my brain and soul. The older I get, the more rare these occurrences are for me. These guys have been the best new band I have discovered in the last decade and I can’t put into words how underrated they are. A lot of power metal bands are guilty of a majority of their songs sounding the same, but these guys drop full album length journeys of epicness every time from start to finish. Thank you gentlemen.
No lie on many bands sounding the same. I've had more than once where I was listening to these guys on Spotify recently and it play another completely different sounding band when it gets to the end and I go "I like these guys too, who are they?" Still Orden Ogan.
I feel the same, these guys and Rishloo have gotten me back into bands again.
When I first heard Orden Ogan, they were pirates. Then they became cowboys in the wild west. Now they are androids. The only thing that hasn't changed over this decade is that they rock. 🤘👍

I was checking out dark country music a couple years back, and these guys popped up on my suggestions. Not dark country, but the song was a Western theme. So, while You tube's algorithm screwed up slightly, I really liked what I heard, and two years later....here I am. These dudes are awesome! Like Metallica, Ogan's lyrics make you think about things. Nothing better than kickstarting your brain at 0630. In the words of David Essex; Rock on!✌

@@blindg7092 You misunderstand. They are challenging us to try and name even a single bad Orden Ogan song, in an attempt to change their mind. There's an implication of "Go ahead and try, but come on, you'll never succeed".
At best I could argue that "We're Pirates!" was in a strange place on the album and probably should have been a single but that isn't about the quality of the song, it just doesn't mesh with the other songs on the album it's from.

@@superlukey3 We Are Pirates feels a little different as it's a fairly unashamed homage to Running Wild. Take a listen to 'Riding the Storm' by Running Wild and you'll hear that We Are Pirates is pretty much the same song. Not a bad thing, it was done to show their love for the band, but I get what you mean it feels very out of place on Easton Hope.
