You’ve explained stuff so well that you could make a 5 year old kid (or an old person with zero tech knowledge for that matter) understand which laptop he/she would want. Amazing job man. Keep it up.
appreciate all the videos. you are actually the first UA-camr I came across who really explained what RAM, SSD speed and storage really is for the people who didn't fully understand how important they are. You simplified it by explaining it in your "lanes across a highway" and "acres" in your other video. Applaud. But I have a question. for a basic user such as myself who doesn't really do anything intensive. an M2 13 inch Air with 16gb ram and 512 storage is fine for years right? I know you said even the 14 inch pro is small for you but with me, I dont need a bigger screen for my workload. portability is more important to me. Will the M2 air still be okay or do you suggest M3? my workload is really just messages, emails, safari, chrome, spread sheets, word docs, notes, to do lists, watching videos and listening to music. Basic of the Basic. I dont want the 8gb even though it can probably handle that. Future proofing it. I dont even need 512 but hey might as well.
Hi Michael! Thank you for the kind words. That means a lot. An M2 Air 13 (8/10, 16, 512) is a stellar machine for most people. It can do everything at a pretty high level and it will last you for the next 2-3 years without any issues. Here is it on the Apple Education Store for $1279: www.apple.com/us-edu/shop/buy-mac/macbook-air/13-inch-space-gray-apple-m2-chip-with-8-core-cpu-and-8-core-gpu-8gb-memory-256gb# Definitely go with 16GB. I would upgrade to a 512GB SSD because the speed of that drive is twice as fast as the 256GB version. If you can afford the M3 Air 13, I would go for it because the addition of a 3 nanometer process gives you additional battery life and increased performance. Thank you for watching and if you have any other questions… I’m here to help!
Hello sir! I got the 14 inch m3 pro macbook pro recently , i have a question regarding the speaker volume output, so when i play videos on VLC media player the sound is way louder and better almost 2-3x louder and better as completely to UA-cam or apple music , is there any fix to it so that i can get the same sound output across all apps as VLC player
