So until there is a peace agreement between Israel and the PLO/PA, nothing will change in the West Bank.

Blockade happened BEFORE the rockets. Rockets were the response to the blockade. Blockade entails no movement by land air or sea, extremely limited imports and virtually 0 exports allowed, which basically means that Gaza is fully cut out of the world.
The notion that everything that Gaza does is "because of" something Israel does is unmitigated nonsense. Why is it that Gaza never has agency and is never responsible for anything it does? Are you talking about the so called innocent people that celebrated when Hamas invaded Israel? Most of those so called innocent people are mothers, fathers and siblings of the Hamas personnel.

Blockade happened BEFORE the rockets. Rockets were the response to the blockade. Blockade entails no movement by land air or sea, extremely limited imports and virtually 0 exports allowed, which basically means that Gaza is fully cut out of the world.
The notion that everything that Gaza does is "because of" something Israel does is unmitigated nonsense. Why is it that Gaza never has agency and is never responsible for anything it does? Every country on the planet controls its borders and determines who and what goes in and goes out. Yet somehow if Israel controls its borders it is doing something terrible? Here's an idea Palestinians- do what Israel did and figure out how to grow things yourselves.
