Homelander doesn't have this weakness since his powers don't come from absorbing radiations but from the compound V that's inside of him.

He’s not as strong as Hulk, whose battles and punches alone shakes planets. Hulk has tanked Galactus blasts, so HL’s lasers won’t do anything. Hulk’s destroyed Gladiator and completely tanked and oneshotted Captain Marvel (all individuals superiors superior to HL). Hulk stomps here.

I highly doubt homelander can take a nuclear explosion. Firstly. I highly doubt homelander would have agreed to be nuked. And we know for a fact that homelander is not more durable than he his strong. He can hurt himself. And since we've never seen him dish out anything even remotely close to the power of a nuke i am convinced he'd be fried relatively quickly
The majority of home landers speed is flight based but his strength doesn't work mid flight so homelander has to either use his speed or strength. Hulk doesn't have that issue and the heat vision is just going to make him angrier which will Amp his power which will make him faster. Once hulk catches him it's over. It won't be a quick fight though.
I would like to point out Hulk has fought people as powerful as Superman and won before. This never happened in the frame, though, mind you, but according to one comic-book, I read, back in the 1980s, I think; Sentry tried to beat the Hulk by flying faster than the speed of light, but while the Hulk cannot move that fast, his innate combat sense lets him instinctively know where to be and punch, so fast movers like Superman, Flash, and Homelander will run into his fist. The only reason some versions of Superman suffered from nukes is because he absorbs radiations like sunlight radiations and so absorbing the radiation of the nuke hurt him.
It's proven by the fact that the only thing that's able to really hurt him (kryptonite) is radioactive.
Homelander doesn't have this weakness since his powers don't come from absorbing radiations but from the compound V that's inside of him.

He’s not as strong as Hulk, whose battles and punches alone shakes planets. Hulk has tanked Galactus blasts, so HL’s lasers won’t do anything. Hulk’s destroyed Gladiator and completely tanked and oneshotted Captain Marvel (all individuals superiors superior to HL). Hulk stomps here.

I'm pretty sure the only reason he can't carry the plane is because the plane itself would crumble. That's just physics nothing to do with how strong he is.
I highly doubt homelander can take a nuclear explosion. Firstly. I highly doubt homelander would have agreed to be nuked. And we know for a fact that homelander is not more durable than he his strong. He can hurt himself. And since we've never seen him dish out anything even remotely close to the power of a nuke i am convinced he'd be fried relatively quickly
The majority of home landers speed is flight based but his strength doesn't work mid flight so homelander has to either use his speed or strength. Hulk doesn't have that issue and the heat vision is just going to make him angrier which will Amp his power which will make him faster. Once hulk catches him it's over. It won't be a quick fight though.
I would like to point out Hulk has fought people as powerful as Superman and won before. This never happened in the frame, though, mind you, but according to one comic-book, I read, back in the 1980s, I think; Sentry tried to beat the Hulk by flying faster than the speed of light, but while the Hulk cannot move that fast, his innate combat sense lets him instinctively know where to be and punch, so fast movers like Superman, Flash, and Homelander will run into his fist. With the Sentry, the punch tore reality, and the Sentry became some homeless drunk. Nobody recognized who he was until Hulk saw him and remembered who he was. Once the Hulk remembered, then Spider-Man remembered, and then so did everyone else. This is from memory, though. I might have it all wrong.

Homelander didnt say he didnt have the strength to carry the airliner. The problem was the airliner metal wasnt strong enough to withstand him carrying it and would crumple. Consquently, he can use his strength while flying. The problem wasnt with his strength, it was with the frailty of the airliner.
