Thank you! As soon as I saw her hair I thought this. Frizz and poof is almost always dehydration. I know super kinky/curly hair people who practically drench all their hair in coconut oil (root to tip). Leave it in overnight covered with a shower cap. Wash and condition thoroughly the next morning. It was shocking how much this helped. Leave-in conditioners help, and those hydrating curl-holding products from the ethnic hair department. Straightening just makes the problem way worse.

Garner.... Meghan got plastic surgery to fix her nose because she injured it when she was younger so it was sort of crooked .. Know your facts before you bad talk people , and honestly , she doesn't wear a lot of makeup .
One of the best ways is in the way you wash your hair. Not a lot of people know about it. When you shampoo your hair. Only shampoo the scalp and roots. No matter the shampoo it will strip your hair causing frizz and possible damage resulting in slow growth. When conditioning only condition the hair. Get as close as possible but try not to let the conditioner touch the scalp. Conditioner can block the pores in your scalp and resulting in one of the biggest causes of slow hair growth.
I have done this for years on end... But honestly, embrace your curls! Find a routine that works for you to define and add shine to your hair. You don't have to straighten your hair to look polished, there are plenty of ways to do that that don't include damaging your hair. Once you start embracing your curls and finding a hair care regimen that works you'll forget you even owned a flat iron. This is coming from a girl with a lot of super thick frizzy 3c curls that have a mind of their own! If I can embrace my natural hair so can you :) natural is beautiful! Don't let people's snarky comments about your hair phase you. Own It!
Joslynn! Thats how youre damaging your CURLY hair, 1st never brush it dry and always from the ends to the roots, im pretty sure that for your work on cleaver your hair must look good so please give it some love with a deep contitioner or a homemade treatment

Joslyn you can prevent frizzy hair by applying coconut oil to you hair for 30 minutes and then wash it out with sulfate and silicon free shampoo and conditioner. The use a microfiber towel! This helped stop my frizz!!!❤️
You don't use OIL before heat!! Putting oil means you will be cooking your hair. No oil is a finishing product. I'm a hair stylist so yes you can trust this comment.
If you use oil well before you use heat, you're fine. If you put oil on and then immediately use heat, then yes you're cooking it. When I get out of the shower I use oil, and then hours later if I want to style my hair I can. It's soaked into your hair follicles so it's fine.
+Cameron Perez you can still flat iron your hair when it has oil... coconut oil can be used as a heat protectant. A lot of girls with curly hair do that I used to do that to when I straightened it but I decided to go natural XD

You don't have to use their products, but her theory and method will make your hair beautiful and happy, minus the struggle and hate. it even has DIY haircare recipes in the book you guys could do a video on!

i have frizzy crazy hair just like this and i find the best thing is to put in a good frizz control treatment after showering, once dry run a comb through it, when straightening section off a piece start to run your fine tooth comb through the section closely following the straightener behind, this prevents the straightener from just "crimping" all he kinks in your hair which then makes it weaker and more prone to snap off (:

washing it everyday will damage your hair. now i know this sounds weird but from personal experience i can pretty much guarantee that it will help. if you just dont wash your hair for 2 weeks or so and just tie it straight back it will get used to not being washed as often and you wont need to wash it as often anymore
That's why it's so oily is cos you wash it everyday lol. You're constantly stripping your hair of its natural oils which in turn increases oil production & your hair gets greasier. You'd prob notice such a bigger difference if you didn't wash it as often. I stopped washing everyday & (I know it's gross but I had no choice) after a week my hair still wasn't greasy. Before, by day 2 my hair would've been extremely greasy.

You can get a Brazilian blow out or a Japanese straightening done to your hair as well instead of using a flat iron. and heat is the worst for curly hair. Also I would recommend a deep conditions and some leave in conditioner.
My hair is extremely thick and it's straight at the top and wavy at the bottom. Your lucky because when you brush your hair, the bristles go through all your hair. I have to go underneath my hair. It takes about an hour to brush my hair.
I have crazy curly hair and what's really helped it curl better with less frizz is to brush it while in the shower. I shampoo and condition my hair at the very beginning and I let the conditioner sit in my hair throughout the whole shower. When I rinse it out I brush it at the same time, brushing it also helps the conditioner come out.

You should try "It's a 10" or Blow-dry Secret products. They work great for frizzy hair. Also, you should use a heat protectant when using thermal irons. It'll help with keeping your hair smooth.
if you have extremely frizzy hair but it has some curl or wave to it, if you take a break from so much heat tools applied to your hair then your hair will most likley calm down and regain some of its natural curl

You can get a Brazilian blow out or a Japanese straightening done to your hair as well instead of using a flat iron. and heat is the worst for curly hair. Also I would recommend a deep conditions and some leave in conditioner.

My hair is extremely thick and it's straight at the top and wavy at the bottom. Your lucky because when you brush your hair, the bristles go through all your hair. I have to go underneath my hair. It takes about an hour to brush my hair.

I have crazy curly hair and what's really helped it curl better with less frizz is to brush it while in the shower. I shampoo and condition my hair at the very beginning and I let the conditioner sit in my hair throughout the whole shower. When I rinse it out I brush it at the same time, brushing it also helps the conditioner come out.

I have crazy hair too but I use head and shoulders for textured hair and it tames it a whole lot, and it doesn't dry out your hair :)

You should try "It's a 10" or Blow-dry Secret products. They work great for frizzy hair. Also, you should use a heat protectant when using thermal irons. It'll help with keeping your hair smooth.

if you have extremely frizzy hair but it has some curl or wave to it, if you take a break from so much heat tools applied to your hair then your hair will most likley calm down and regain some of its natural curl

LaurnEpic No. Only in some cases where the hair is already damaged. I straighten my hair everyday because when i wake up, my hair is messed up from frizzy bed-head. I have been doing this for a while now. Wherever you got your information is off. My hair didn't get damaged at all.
