Well i use Google photos and i haven't even bought there 100gb yearly plan , i just feel like 15gb is more than enough for me to store tons of pics and if i dont need them i can delete them at any given moment

Go for the s9. But if you need a bigger screen than I guess the s8+ would be better.

What I like about high end android phones is that I can play all 3ds games and ps4 games on it.

And also ps4 games but the thing is you have to have a high end device I played resident evil revilations on my Samsung Galaxy S9 but it was running 14 fps
