My religion doesn’t allows me to talk to a guy until we’re married and I don’t know what to do. I really want to fall in love
It's clear that your religion is very important to you and that you really want to uphold its values. However, I think it would be a good time for you to question such a "rule". It is a beautihing thing to be able to connect with a fellow human being, no matter their gender... the more people we connect with, the more love we are able to give while on earth. Plus, it is quite difficult to know if you are marrying the right person if you hardly know them. Human emotion is a complex thing and we should honor that. At least thats my take on it. This describes my situation. I feel like I'm not good enough to be with the kind of person I'd like to be with so I settle for someone that I feel good enough for and who is sweet but I'm not excited or passionate about her. So I end up stuck, not knowing if I should commit more to her knowing that she likes me but I know I'd be settling or should I break up with her and try again to find someone who really lights me up? At the same time, I'm feeling in the back of my mind, that meeting my soulmate at my age probably isn't going to happen so maybe I should just make do with what I have...
I was in exact same position at one point in my life. She was a very sweet girl, but I wasn't excited about her. I ultimately decided not to settle and I'm so glad that I did! Otherwise, I never would have met my soulmate.
It not too late to meet your soulmate, but you need to address the issue of not feeling good enough for her or it won't happen.
