Hi Mary. Doesn't the fondant sweat when you refrigerate the cake. Have you adjusted your fridge to give out less condensation? I work only with fondant and ganache for stability. My cake will sweat if not wrapped up in a box. Im not as experienced as you. I do it because I enjoy the process especially the designing and decorating side of it. I love your abstract designs. Thanks for sharing. ❤
Was mach ich nur falsch, meine Torten werden nicht so schön glatt am Rand, bitte sag mir was ich ändern könnte? Bin so verzweifelt weil ich Stundenlang versuche sie glatt zu bekommen. dann wird sie oft gelb fleckig und sieht so schlimm aus. 😭 Wenn ich in deiner Nähe wohnen würde hätte ich dich schon besucht um mit meinen Augen zu schauen wie du das machst. Finde es übrigens sehr schade, dass du so wenig Abos hast, andere sind nicht annähernd so gut wie du und haben sehr viele Abonnenten!
