Thanks! I bought the fans on Amazon. I actually used burgandy colour mill food coloring with a touch of black. Using the fondant wrap technique, for me, is the best way to not get elephant skin. You might want to try making LMF fondant. That os the best fondant, in my opinion. I just usually don't have time to make it:(
You can. If you are able to keep ut refrigerated and cool in the car during delivery, you should be fine. I would add some supports into it to be double sure;)

Hi! I like Satin Ice or home made LMF fondant. When it come to condensation, I have just learned to work with it and keep in mind that it will dry. I do prefer to use a residential fridge over commercial as they seem to be dryer.

It was a mixture of a few colors. But Mai lu burgandy and a touch of black.

You add skewers the styrofoam and then out it through the cake.
