I hope while you had it apart you ported and polished the heads, put in bigger injectors, and a bigger turbo. Then it should be ready to squeal some steel!

Great to hear the 303 compressors. Are engine parts identical or are minor changes made using modern technology/know how to make more efficient & reliable?
Nice to see the Class 303 seems to be in good condition, and it'll be nice to see it move again! (even if it is being push/pulled by a loco)

The new Sulzer liners came from Portugal
It would be nice to see the 303 take power from overhead wires and do shunt moves under it's own power in sidings.

No plans for now as the loco has to be tested first.

All original stuff with a modern electrical shore supply.
i assume those liners have to be custom made?
Machined by an approved supplier in Portugal.
