We have been using Kefir for a few years now. It helps me with Irritable bowel syndrome and wife with diabetes. Started with Lifeway but make our own now. I like it plain no sugar added. Thanks for telling me about book. It arrived from Amazon yesterday and we picked several recipes for dinner meal planning for next week.
I'm amazed the teenager would eat this. My first generation American son wouldn't touch it with a pole. I love it tho

Yea I hear ya! My mom made me eat all the weird shit when I was a kid “holodetz” what I call Jelly Meat..I still shudder at the taste lol 😂 however, now that I’m older I’m thinking about pursuing a culinary career..thanks mom!!!

молодцы! I blend the whole bottle of kefir, укроп, чеснок!!!, and a bit of петрушка, lemon juice and salt, then add the cuc, potato, finely sliced green onions, radishes and eggs.

Since you are Russian, what kind of foods do Russians send to the space station for everybody to share? Kefir? Americans probably send space pizza for the Italians up there! That's pretty high up!
i have never been up on the Space Station :) so not sure what what they eat!

Russian traditional food is very simple. Sour crème and dille with all dishes. No need to go to russia for the traditional foods. Russians adapted western foods in their kitchen.
I loved the video, but the flashing in & out of scenes gave me a headache. Keep the cooking videos coming!
