Believe it or not, this song is how I learned relative pitch. The violin starts off with such a strong and beautiful C, and from there I can mentally jump to any note and any key. Now, I can look at a piece of sheet music and hum out the melody without having heard it live, or tune a stronger instrument without a tuner. All because I was a lonely teenager who was curious about Japanese adult VN's. Niiiiiicee.
Usually, all eroge have a specific track to play during the "romance" scenes, but I found myself liking this the best out of the VNs I've played so far. It really adds to the mood, the piano and violin accompaniment just sounds classic and evokes that feeling of romanticism... it's just great, even if it were a standalone track.
I know, when I was playing though the Aeka's route in the game, I was in tears because here was a girl who was bullied in ways that was traumatic for her, yet she did not protect herself until Kouhei stood up for her. And then Kouhei was getting bullied and Aeka stood up for him. The music that plays during the sex scenes, just makes it beautiful between the two of them. Same music also plays though the majority of the other girls and their sex scenes. But when I hear this song, I am thinking of Aeka and how I felt when I was playing though her story arc.
My only problem is that almost sounds forced. The music seems like it is trying too hard to set a mood. And when playing on my computer, it is comparatively louder than the other tracks. Making it sound obnoxious for some reason. I'm sure it sets a mood... it just never set it the way I think the composer expected it to. Not for me least ways.
I think it's a great piece but the violin is kind of jarring at first, kind of ruins the transition. Maybe if the loops were switched around or something...
I think this is the first time I've heard this song without... um... you know...
Beautiful song, such emotions. These games are a lost art
The girls of Yamaku Academy are still waiting for you
@@ydoomenaud I don't want them to be waiting though. I want them to be living the best lives they deserve with or without me

It's nostalgic that this music was composed in 2005.
Listening to this while sitting in the bus during colder seasons is soothing to the soul and helps me to fall asleep, love it.
Beautiful song, really tugs at my heart strings...(ignoring the fact that the scenes it's used in are of 'that' kind)
I loved this so song so much...
It added so much to the effect of the scene
and I couldn't stop listening to this song even after completing the game
My heart was beating so hard with this music, damn, had my experience but never thought that a game could take me really deep on its story.

Heh heh, the "romance" track.
