Hey bro there is also a thing that is unchecked and i am confused if i should check it or not it says " *Previous Windows installation(s)* Files from previous windows installation. Files and folders that may conflict with your installation of Windows have been moved to the folders named Windows.old. You can access datas from previous Windows installations from this folder." and it is 10.6GB, highest of all. What should I do, should i leave it unchecked or should i check it ?
At hibernation when I press enter in the commands it says this: "This command requires administrator privileges and must be executed from an elevated command prompt."
Note: If you adjust your restore disk allotment it can save storage space. I got back about 15GB by making my allotment of space to restore points to only 3 percent of my disk. I still have 13GB for restore points.

In your video you said the computer doesn't use hibernation file if you put the computer to sleep. This is not true, after a certain amount of time in sleep mode the computer hibernates itself automatically to save power. If you turn off the hibernation file you won't get as much sleep time from your battery anymore. If you use your laptop only a few times a week then you'll find the battery always goes down a ton in sleep mode without that file.

My laptop is windows 10 but only has 26GB in total so I run out of space quickly this helped though thanks.

I did the steps to delete the hibernation file, but it's still there
Try rebooting and then see if it's still there.
