I'm working in health care and I've assisted elders with parkinsons regulary. It's a horrible illness, but the progression can be slowed down even tho there is no permanent cure yet. Don't look into only worst case scenarios, the outcomes vary and many live long lives and avoid the worst cognitive symptoms, even with physical disability. Keep fighting, and God bless you and your family!
Hi from Australia. Dad has it. Mum was listening to the BBC (UK - which broadcasts over here) in the middle of the night easily over a decade ago when they were talking about Parkinson's, and that it was potentially connected to the gut. Mum got some probiotics and gave it to Dad, and about 24 hours later he could put his hand's behind his back and firmly touch and hold one another, something that he hadn't been able to do for probably ten years prior. Although the specialist rejected it out of hand, it slowed it the F down for a decade and has only finally caught up with him in his late 70s (as in really caught up with him, sounds like Aunty A went racing past in terms of severity). Thing was, she tried one brand (the first one, thank God) and it did wonders, so she wanted to experiment with another one, and it turned him from himself into like someone who had MS which the amount of shaking. Unbelievable. But those two variations clearly showed it wasn't some 'placebo effect.' Mum mentioned to the pharmacist, and he 'lightly mentioned it' to others, and it snowballed into all these people still buying it.
I cared for my father with dementia for a year and had no family to look after. That's a fulltime job. I can tell you from experience, Ethan, that you won't be able to keep it up for long. Without a nanny, you won't last long mentally and physically. In the worst case you have to get you wife in a nursing home. For the sake of the rest of you family, your wife and yourself. 😞

I don't know if you saw Trump's Saint Michael prayer post on Sunday, the Feast Day of the Holy Archangels, St. Michael, St. Gabriel, and St. Raphael, but I prayed to our Lord Jesus through the intercession of Saint Michael, as well as Saint Gabriel and Saint Raphael, to help protect and defend us. I believe he's our friend and loves us with the love of Heaven, the love of God, and God entrusted us to Saint Michael, so we can trust he will help us get to Heaven. He will help take care of us.

I’m hopeful they get you guys some medication for Andrea soon. I’m a fan of your work. I miss your streams. Idk if there is some schedule you can have to try to continue doing streams (even just once a week), but I definitely understand that you are putting your efforts where your family needs them. Whenever you ARE able to stream I will try and catch it. I’m just hopeful things do get better for Andrea soon.

Don't count out THC just because it makes you "high" normally. Trust me, as someone who suffers with chronic pain, THC products give me relief without the awful side effects of opiates. They are a real lifesaver just start low and slowly increase as needed. Also, remember both THC and CBD take an hour or two to metabolize and kick in if you're eating them. Tinctures work faster than gummies.

Tyrosine is one of the 20 basic proteins that we consume daily in most foods. It is very high in milk for example. With a B vitamin complex ( i believe it is B 12 and B 6 if i recall, imo have her on a B complex as well as her normal multivitamin as well ) it converts in our systems into L-DOPA aka Levo-DOPA which then of course makes dopamine in our brains. (levo btw is latin for left, dextro is right, many molecules thusly are literal mirror images of each other). I used to watch Airrick many years ago, this is my new main account, I mean beyond 3-4 years ago. I stopped watching him when he started actively promoting how good it was for "representation" being pushed in superhero tv shows beyond the comic books. I couldnt understand why he he defended it or why he was completely okay with agendas being pushed into kids heads.
I dont think Airrick defending the representation was done for bad reasons, or anything like that, I simply cant stand this one thing that he does. I grew up watching gay people in media, they were treated like they are PEOPLE, you know human beings first? I watched and read western and eastern media, I was already very aware of how different people can be without including who people screw. I grew up with media that portrayed stereotypes, sure, but gay people were treated like people. Not a sex object.
You know whats dangerous Airrick? Telling children to disavow their parents is dangerous. Telling children that they are in danger because of muh right wingers, is dangerous. Telling children to use dating apps to talk to strangers is dangerous. The glorification of sex and gender, is dangerous. I dislike talking about this online, but when push comes to shove I do. Im trans but Ill never stand by this disgusting garbage. I know someone through family, who had a kid, who was about to run away into the arms of a dangerous person, because the school that I used to go to (Im Canadian) was teaching kids who are barely teenagers that talking to perverts on apps is okay, that talking about sexual things with complete strangers.....is okay.
