This is my favorite Tom song. The story behind this one is that they wanted to go out and about and talked to their neighbors. So they went out, had conversations, and obseved people. The stories were real. I can tell the storey about your touched my heart. I am so glad you pulled yourself out that experience.

I really liked finding Tom and his Dear Rappers drop...but when Castles came out I was hooked! Been riding with #HOGfam for a long time. This is still my favorite song by Tom. First merch I bought was my Castles T. I still wear it when I go to town.

It's the most true cliche ever--that which doesn't kill you, makes you stronger. You've made mistakes that you want to protect your kids from...but they're just going to find a whole new set of mistakes to make. The important thing, in my opinion, is to make sure they know you love them no matter what, and you'll always be there to help them up if they need it. ❤

Sometimes you find artists that tap straight into the core of the human condition.
This one hits and hits hard.
It opens up those boxes and makes you think. It can be challenging to listen to stuff like that, but also it is extremely cathartic, as, you know that your struggle is not one in which you are alone. It's uniquely unifying and releasing at the same time.
When artists such as Ren and Tom Macdonald lay it out there, you know it's because they have that lived experience, and, because it comes from a point of lived experience, personal immersion and escape from it - it is more relatable and healing a message.
Tom struggled with alcohol addiction and all the other vices that went along with the music industry. He's gotten a lot of gatekeeping hate from the industry as he's completely independent and outside the box looking in, telling truths at every level. That's never welcome when you shine such a massive spotlight and illuminate the issues.
Tom is an extremely interesting guy when you listen to him in his lyrics and from other stuff he does online.
I'm always hyper drawn to conscientious rappers/artists that actually provide value and insight into life.

Songs like this are why I consider Tom a true artist, not just a rapper.
Tom and Novas main message is a huge shout out for unity and ,as you said, we are all humans. Sadly or thankfully, in Gods garden there are many kind of flowers and plants [good, nice, beautiful, bad, ugly or dangerous ones]. We all have or had to learn to find out who is who and just take care to keep safe. Your kids will be safe. They have a family behind them.

Thought you might like to know that Tom just announced that he is releasing a new video this Friday at 9am pst.
I knew it was coming because Tom accidentally gave us a little sneak peek during one of Nova's live Twitch chats. She said she was leaving soon after to go film.
If you join Tom's Discord you will get notified when he either drops videos or just comes in to hang out to chat with the HOG.
Nova has her own Discord but usually she prefers to go live on Twitch to either. Play games or chat with everyone.

I still can’t look at the little memory box the hospital made for us, every time I happen across it I put it away on a shelf. I’ve since had two beautiful girls but the one I lost still haunts me .
