I'm thankful that you showed us the Hip Drive. I've never seen this before and that is where I am most struggling: hips have arthritis. Adding this today.

After your gentle warm up, drills and strides do you ever do a slightly longer effort to get fired up before a shorter race or speed session? By that I mean something like 1:30-2mins at threshold or something? Absolutely loving this channel, keep up the great content and training!

Amazing stuff! Very informative and interesting. I was wondering if you could answer a question for me. Have you ever used any of these custom meal plan tools? I got one from Next Level Diet to help me maintain my physique and I actually like their plans. Was just wondering if you've heard of or tried any of them yourself. Thank you!

It’s quite interestening that they did studies if warming up really prevents injuries and they had the same effect from „warmed up“ and „sitting still on a chair“ people. Göran Winblad (you‘ll find him on youtube under his name) did a video a few days ago about it in which he presented content from studies about this topic.

Personally I’m more likely to get hurt without it history says. If I take off from the chair all day I will definitely pull a muscle in one of the tighter areas.

I do the warm up jog first, then the dynamic stretches. Is there evidence to do it your way?
