  • Founded in 1993, Cotswold Aquarius has been going strong for 30 years, cutting and stitching together some of the finest luggage items. Its heritage is based on tradition and craftsmanship, and unlike many carp fishing tackle manufacturers who import from the Far East to cut costs, Cotswold still manufactures right here in the UK and the result is carp fishing luggage that will last a lifetime. Here's CARPology's Joe Wooltorton with a look at some of their key items... Check out their website www.cotswoldaquarius.co.uk

The vulpine rucksack would be perfect for me. The one thing I’ve learnt within my fishing certainly over the last year is to be more mobile and be able to make the move quickly and efficiently if needs be. This year I’m looking at some new luggage to enable that and this is perfect. I do have a couple of their other bits already so I know what good quality it is and have been looking at it as an option.

Does anyone out there make a large rucksack any more. I've being trying to find a replacement for my aged Nash Hooker Pursuit that I bought 30 odd years ago, I've repaired it several times but it's on life support. I need something with a large capacity as I cycle so my rods, landing net and brolly, if needed, go along the bike and the everything else goes in the rucksack including bait bucket, reels, tackle, spare cloths, etc, and my 3 alarm buzzer bars and back sticks go in the long side pocket on the outside, with my unhooking mat and small chair are secured by the flap that covers the front of the rucksack. I cannot find anything similar as most luggage is made for motorist who can just chuck everything in the back of the motor. I don't drive by the way. Has anyone out there seen something I've missed.
