heres a trick to get out of a nightmare or switch to a different one this actually worked with me so first either try and die on purpose or just shut your eyes in the nightmare for atleast 30 secs or a minute or maybe 10 secs i forgot but when i did it, it actually worked so yeah i didnt need to get jumpscared again lol
