I’m still thinking of buying this printer, but then I saw that the same size prints are fourteen cents at Walmart. These prints are just under thirty cents. It would be fun to have though.
Hey, does yours suffer from any weird white/cloud-like vertical lines when you print? I think noticeably on the blue to purple shades of colours. And does yours often come out detailed? I tried printing out one from a 5dsr and it came out pretty blurry.
I was just checking this. Canon says that the original battery can do around a hundred "L" sized pictures - which should be the largest ones. So quite a lot actually.
There are two battery size for this printer, here is from the official Canon website, NB-CP2LH Battery Pack supports up to 54 postcard-size prints with one charge. NB-CP2LI Battery Pack supports up to 70 postcard-size prints with one charge. Just take note if you print the L size photos like those in this video the amount is probably less but there is no information on the exact amount.
Hey Scrips, when printing your b & w photos, does the printer print your photos as edited, or does the printer do its own converting color photos to black and white? Thanks. Subbed.
You can turn off a feature that will enhance the photos. I have found the the colours it produces with that feature off are very very close to how I edited it
back plate can be attached 4:17 also the last one aint white color 7:03, its glossy thingy to protect the photo

thanks for this explainer video - looks like an easy set up!
Hey youre super cool. Awesome video, you just made me purchase the cp1500 as well 😊
I can't decide which printer color to choose, white or black? 🙂
The first photo was darker and warmer. White was not white. How accurate are the colors when you turn off the automatic image print editing?
They are very close to how I edited them. I can’t say it’s 100% the same but ive never printed a photo and been disappointed by how they turned out
A phone screen is not photo-calibrated and has a backlight.
The photo is most likely the more true color.

I haven’t run into that issue
I haven’t noticed anything like that, if it does happen I’ll let you know

Does your model print a vertical faded line on each photo? I changed 2 in service, with same problem...
As far as I know, that's a characteristic of every Selphy model. The line is always there.

Does it work wirelessly?
You can get a battery to make it work wirelessly
Hi, is the paper only glossy or is there also satin? Thank you
Glossy. I has a “satin” option, but I would still consider it particularly glossy.
