omgg its like you can read my mind everytime when I was wondering if it was possible you answered it, like the cutting and the edge, so thankyou really
Great video! I’ve been researching this printer and a few other ones. I think I’m going to get this one. I like that it can print more than one picture.
This was awesome!! Thank you so much for sharing, I’m definitely putting these on my wishlist (the printer, corner rounder, and cutting mat, and some glue!) 😝
My sister had one of these from the 2000s, it had a FireWire port, that's how old it was 😂 it worked well even back then, unfortunately the software for it is way too old and doesn't work with modern Windows/Mac. I recently saw a video on IG where a guy walked round taking pictures of people and printing them out on this very printer, put them in little frames and giving it to them, so seeing that piqued my interest and this video has sealed it. I'll be getting one if it's on sale, thanks for the vid!
Thank you so much for this video! I have a Canon Selphy Square QX10, but haven’t used it in quite some time since I ran out of ink & paper & they’re quite expensive & you don’t get many sheets of photo paper in each package, so I haven’t bought more yet. How is it with the Selphy CP1500 & the paper? Do you get a lot of sheets in each package? Thank you for showing how to print multiple pictures in the grid too since that’s what I feel like isn’t working great for me with the Selphy Square because the paper is so small & I print a lot of photos 🙈 Might need to look into this too! Is it easy to get a hold of the paper for it? And how do you find the colour accuracy is between how the photos looks on your phone vs when printed? And okay, my last question now 😅🙈 When you changed from “glossy” to the other versions, was it just a change in the printer settings & not the paper itself?
Imo the colour and paper for the CP1500 is great, especially if you're after high saturation. Adjusting the photo colour settings on the printer helps a lot. The number of sheets you get depends on the pack that you purchase. Generally the cost per sheet is less for larger packs. Availability of the photo paper will depend on your location, I guess! For me, in Australia, it seems to be readily available :) When changing the photo finish, you don't have to change the paper, the machine applies the finish! I thought that was super interesting, but like I mentioned in the video, I prefer the glossy finish, which I think is the actual finish of the photo paper.
Hi. I bought the printer and printed few photos. What worry me is that edges of photo are outside the tear off line. There is explanation for that in internet. I am more worried that it is uneven. I mean I lost approximately 3mm on one edge butt 2 mm on other bottom edge. Is it normal? Have you noticed?
I've experienced this too, but I'm pretty sure the part of the photo within the tear off lines are as per the settings on the app. I may be wrong! It hasn't been something I've paid too much attention to 😊
Great video, i brought one awhile ago and love it. I recently brought the Cannon Selphy Square which is perfect for travelling or moving around with. Plus it has thin sticky backed paper ❤
@@linedmusings I’m an enabler :) I do have connection issues with the CP1500 at times and don’t have anywhere to keep it set up all the time, so the selphy square is quick , easy and portable.

It's a great little printer and cost effective with the multiple photos on 1 sheet 🙌
Ive been thinking about picking up one of these for forever!
I love mine! No regrets ☺️
Me too! Might have to pick one up soon ..
Thanks for the awesome tutorial! I had my heart set on the cp1300 but I think this one will work just fine too :)
Thanks for the demo. It spurred me to pull out my Selphy and try a few configurations.
Thank you for watching ☺️

I found my prints are a little washed out. Keen to try your settings.
Thanks for the video! Im still getting used to my printer so might try your settings for next time 😊
Thank you for watching 🥰
That was helpful thank you.
What glue do you use to stick it in Hobonichi planners?
I use the Gloo glue stick ❤️
where do you buy the paper and cartridge?
You can usually purchase it from the saw place you purchase the Canon Selphy 🥰
Hi! Very helpful video thanks! May I ask which paper pack (size) you are using?
I use the postcard size paper ❤️
Great video!! Kinda asmr too! Haha.
I have a question.. Can you print in any proportion your photo was taken?
Thank you 🥰 Yeah! You can adjust the size as long as it fits on postcard size paper!
Is it possible to use the selphye canon without putting the power cord in the socket?
No, it needs a power source and does not have an internal battery
there is a battery pack you can purchase separately :)
