Ingredients:
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Namak
Jeera - 1 tsp
Meetha soda - 1/4 tsp
Besan - 1-2 tbsp
Oil- fry ke liye
Papdi ke liye
Maida - 1 cup
Namak
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Oil -fry ke liye
Dahi bhalla masala ke liye
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Jeera - 4 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 2 tsp
Kali mirchi powder - ½ tsp
Kala namak - 2 tsp
Namak - 1 tsp
Lal mirch powder - 2 tsp
Chaat ke liye (5 plate ke liye)
Bhalla gungune paani me bhigoye hue namak ke saath
Papdi
Dahi - 500gm
Chini- 50gm
Meethi imli chutney
Hari chutney
Aloo/Chola - 2 tbsp
Dahi bhalla masala
Adrak ke lacche
Mirchi ke lacche
Anar

Hi yaman..i always thought of making dahi vadas on holi but never tried. I tried bhallas for the first time today . N i was amazed to see super spongy bhallas...such a simple n detailed recipe . The sweetness of curd and your masala trick added that extra punch. I have tried many of your recipes n never disappointed. Accurate proportions in each n every recipe . You are no 1.
