Ingredients:
Moong dal - 1/2 cup
Urad dal - 1/2 cup
Namak
Jeera - 1 tsp
Meetha soda - 1/4 tsp
Besan - 1-2 tbsp
Oil- fry ke liye
Papdi ke liye
Maida - 1 cup
Namak
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Oil -fry ke liye
Dahi bhalla masala ke liye
Ajwain - 1 tsp
Jeera - 4 tsp
Saunf - 1 tsp
Chat masala - 2 tsp
Kali mirchi powder - ½ tsp
Kala namak - 2 tsp
Namak - 1 tsp
Lal mirch powder - 2 tsp
Chaat ke liye (5 plate ke liye)
Bhalla gungune paani me bhigoye hue namak ke saath
Papdi
Dahi - 500gm
Chini- 50gm
Meethi imli chutney
Hari chutney
Aloo/Chola - 2 tbsp
Dahi bhalla masala
Adrak ke lacche
Mirchi ke lacche

put salt in daal dough after beating or jst before frying....this way u don't need to add besan
Mam correct..because urad namak ke sath mix hone ke bad water release karta hai...to urad ka koi bhi item bnane wakt agar usme namak add karna hai..to use pakane se just pahle namak add kijiye..
